การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารตามการรับรู้และความคาดหวังของครูในอำเภอปากพะยูน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพัทลุง เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ คือ ครูในอำเภอปากพะยูนจำนวน 186 คน ในปีการศึกษา 2555 ซึ่งได้มาจากการสุ่มตัวอย่างอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ เป็นแบบสำรวจ LBDQ ของ ฮาลพิน (Halpin) นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาทำการวิเคราะห์ โดยใช้ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการทดสอบหาค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ครูในอำเภอปากพะยูนมีการรับรู้ว่าผู้บริหารมีพฤติกรรมที่แสดงออกถึงภาวะผู้นำ ทั้งด้านมุ่งงานและมุ่งสัมพันธ์อยู่ในระดับสูง นอกจากนี้ ครูในอำเภอปากพะยูนมีความคาดหวังว่าผู้บริหารต้องมีพฤติกรรมที่แสดงออก ทั้งในด้านมุ่งงานและมุ่งสัมพันธ์ อยู่ในระดับสูง 2. การเปรียบเทียบภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาตามการรับรู้และความคาดหวังที่แสดงออกในด้านมุ่งงานและมุ่งสัมพันธ์ ในอำเภอปากพะยูน สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพัทลุง เขต 2 พบว่า ความคาดหวังเกี่ยวกับภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในอำเภอปากพะยูน มีสูงกว่าภาวะผู้นำตามการรับรู้ของครู ในอำเภอปากพะยูน อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
This study aimed to investigate and compare leadership of school administrators as perceived and expected by the teachers in Pakpayun district, the Office of Pattalung Primary Educational Service Area 2. 186 school teachers in Pakpayun district during the 2012 academic year, by simple random sampling were samples for the study. The instrument was Halpin’s LBDQ. The collected data were analyzed through mean, Standard Deviation, and t-test. The results revealed that 1. The school teachers in Pakpayun district perceived administrator’s behaviors in initiating structure and consideration at a “high” level. As for the expected leadership behavior of the school administrators in the overall, initiating structure and consideration aspects; teachers expressed their perceptions at a “high” level. 2. Comparing leadership of the school administrators as perceived and expected in initiating structure and consideration by the teachers found that the expected leadership behavior of the school administrators in Pakpayun district was rated at a higher level than the perceived leadership behavior at .05 level of significance.
