การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจในการบริหารจัดการภายในสถานศึกษาของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อโรงเรียนเทศบาล 6 (อนุบาลในฝัน) และ 2) ตรวจสอบและยืนยันคุณภาพการบริหารการจัดการศึกษา โดยทดสอบว่าผู้ปกครองร้อยละ 80 มีความพึงพอใจด้านคุณภาพการบริหารการจัดการศึกษาในระดับดีขึ้นไป ทำการศึกษาในปีการศึกษา 2556 โดยศึกษาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 100 คน เก็บข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถาม (Questionnaire) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน t - test และ F test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อโรงเรียนเทศบาล 6 (อนุบาลในฝัน) ทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า 2.1 ผลการตรวจสอบและยืนยันคุณภาพการบริหารการจัดการศึกษา พบว่า ผู้ปกครองร้อยละ 80 มีความพึงพอใจด้านคุณภาพการบริหารการจัดการศึกษาในระดับดีขึ้นไป 2.2 ผู้ปกครองที่มีคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคล ได้แก่ เพศ อายุ อาชีพ การศึกษาต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจด้านคุณภาพการบริหารการจัดการศึกษา แตกต่างกันที่ระดับนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ .05
This research aimed to 1) study the satisfaction level with school management of parents at Tedsaban 6 school (Kindergarten dream school) under the Department of Hat Yai Municipality, Hat Yai, Songkhla; and 2) verify and confirm the quality of school management by testing whether the 80% of the parents satisfied with the school management quality at least in a high level. The academic year of the study was in 2013. 100 samples were conducted by using questionnaires. The statistics used to analyze data composed of frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, and F test. Findings were showed that 1. The satisfaction level with school management of the students’ parents at Tedsaban 6 school (Kindergarten Dream School) under the Department of Hat Yai Municipality, Hat Yai, Songkhla was at high level in all aspects. 2. The hypothesis test had showed that 2.1 Over than 80% of the parents satisfied with the quality of education management at least in a high level. 2.2 Gender, age, occupation, and education level had influence on the parents’ satisfaction with the school management at .05 level of significance.
