การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครอง ผู้นำชุมชน ที่มีต่อการบริหารงานโรงเรียนบ้านควนสะตอ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสงขลา เขต 2 วิธีการวิจัยได้ศึกษาจาก ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนและผู้นำชุมชนในเขตบริการของโรงเรียน จำนวน 142 คน โดยใช้แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.95 ประเด็นสำคัญที่ศึกษา ได้แก่ การบริหารงานด้านวิชาการ ด้านงบประมาณ ด้านบุคคล และด้านบริหารงานทั่วไป สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองและผู้นำชุมชนที่มีต่อการบริหารงานของโรงเรียนบ้านควนสะตอ โดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ตามลำดับ ดังนี้ ด้านการบริหารทั่วไป ด้านการบริหารงบประมาณ ด้านการบริหารบุคคล และด้านการบริหารวิชาการ 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครอง ผู้นำชุมชนที่มีต่อการบริหารงานโรงเรียนบ้านควนสะตอ เมื่อจำแนกตามเพศ สถานภาพ อายุ อาชีพ ที่ต่างกัน มีระดับความพึงพอใจต่อการบริหารงานโรงเรียนทุกด้าน ไม่แตกต่างกัน
This study aimed to investigate satisfaction level of parents and community leaders with school administration of Bankhuansator School under the Songkhla Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. Samples were 142 parents and community leaders around schools’ service area. A research tool was a 5-rating scale questionnaire in 4 aspects academic, budget, personnel, and general administration, which had a reliability of 0.95. Statistics used for data analysis are frequency, percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. The results were found that 1. The satisfaction of parents and community leaders on the administration of Bankhuansator school was at a “high” level in every aspect, as follows the general administration, the budget management, the personnel management, and the academic administration, respectively. 2. Gender, status, age, and occupation had no influence on their satisfaction with the school administration.
