การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อบทบาทของผู้บริหารในการส่งเสริมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของโรงเรียนในอำเภอรัตภูมิจังหวัดสงขลา โดยจำแนกตาม ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทำงาน ประสบการณ์การทำวิจัย และขนาดโรงเรียน ใช้วิธีศึกษาเชิงสำรวจจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เป็นครูโรงเรียนในอำเภอรัตภูมิ จำนวน 196คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .95 สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ครูโรงเรียนในอำเภอรัตภูมิ จังหวัดสงขลา ส่วนใหญ่จบระดับปริญญาตรี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 90.31 มีประสบการณการทำงานมากกว่า 15 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 27.55 มีประสบการณ์การทำวิจัยไม่เกิน 5 ปี คิดเป็นร้อยละ 58.67 เป็นครูในโรงเรียนขนาดใหญ่ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 47.96 2. ความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อบทบาทของผู้บริหารในการส่งเสริมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของโรงเรียนในอำเภอรัตภูมิจังหวัดสงขลา พบว่า โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. เมื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูที่มีต่อบทบาทของผู้บริหารในการส่งเสริมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของโรงเรียนในอำเภอรัตภูมิ จังหวัดสงขลา โดยจำแนกตามระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์การทำงาน ประสบการณ์ทำวิจัย และขนาดของโรงเรียน พบว่า 3.1 ครูที่มีการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีมีความคิดเห็นต่อบทบาทของผู้บริหารในการส่งเสริมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนสูงกว่าครูที่มีระดับการศึกษาสูงกว่าระดับปริญญาตรี 3.2 ครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานระหว่าง 11-15 ปี มีความคิดเห็นต่อบทบาทของผู้บริหารในการส่งเสริมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนสูงกว่าครูที่มีประสบการณ์ทำงานมากกว่า 15 ปี ระหว่าง 5-10 ปี และไม่เกิน 5 ปี ตามลำดับ 3.3 ครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการทำวิจัยมากกว่า 15 ปี มีความคิดเห็นต่อบทบาทของผู้บริหารในการส่งเสริมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนสูงกว่าครูที่มีประสบการณ์ทำงานวิจัยไม่เกิน 5 ปี ระหว่าง 5-10 ปี และระหว่าง 11-15 ปี ตามลำดับ 3.4 ครูที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนขนาดเล็กมีความคิดเห็นต่อบทบาทของผู้บริหารในการส่งเสริมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนสูงกว่าครูที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนขนาดกลางและขนาดใหญ่
This research aimed to study and compare teachers’ opinion on administrator’s role in promoting classroom research of schools in Rattaphum district, Songkhla province, classified by educational level, working experience, research experience, and school size. The study was performed by surveying from all 196 school teachers in Rattaphum district. A research tool was a questionnaire with a reliability of .95. Statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. Results of the research were as follows 1. Most of the school teachers in Rattaphum district, Songkhla province graduated Bachelor degrees (90.31%), had working experience more than 15 years (27.55%), had research experience less than 5 years (58.67%), and taught in large size schools (47.96%). 2. The teachers’ opinion on administrator’s role in promoting classroom research of the schools in Rattaphum district was at a “high” level in every aspect. 3. Considering the teachers’ opinion classified by educational level, working experience, research experience and school size was that 3.1 The teachers having Bachelor degree had their opinion on the administrator’s role higher than the ones having higher than Bachelor degrees. 3.2 The teachers having working experience 11-15 years had their opinion on the administrator’s role higher than the ones having working experience more than 15 years, 5-10 years, and less than 5 years, respectively. 3.3 The teachers having research experience more than 15 years had the opinion on the administrator’s role higher than the ones having research experience less than 5 years, 5-10 years, and 11-15 years, respectively. 3.4 The teachers teaching in small school had their opinion on the administrator’s role higher than the ones teaching in medium and large schools.
