การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบระดับปัญหาการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียน อำเภอปากพะยูน จังหวัดพัทลุง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพัทลุง เขต 2 จำแนกตามตำแหน่งและขนาดโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครู เครือข่ายสองเกาะ อำเภอปากพะยูน จังหวัดพัทลุง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพัทลุง เขต 2 จำนวน 117 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ระดับปัญหาการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนอำเภอปากพะยูน จังหวัดพัทลุง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพัทลุง เขต 2 โดยภาพรวมมีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการเตรียมการ รองลงมา ได้แก่ ด้านการดำเนินการ และด้านการรายงาน ตามลำดับ 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบระดับปัญหาการดำเนินการประกันคุณภาพภายในของโรงเรียนอำเภอ ปากพะยูน จังหวัดพัทลุง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาพัทลุง เขต 2 จำแนกตามตำแหน่งและขนาดโรงเรียน พบว่า มีระดับปัญหาการดำเนินการในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน
This study aimed to study and compare problem level on the internal quality assurance of the schools in Pakpayoon district under the jurisdiction of Phatthalung Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by position and school sizes. The research samples were 117 administrators and teachers of the schools in the Pakpayoon district under the jurisdiction of Phatthalung Primary Educational Service Area Office 2. The instrument used to collect data was a 5-rating scale questionnaire. The statistics used to analyze the data were percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and t-test. Findings were showed that 1. The problem level on the internal quality assurance of the schools in Pakpayoon district under the jurisdiction of Phatthalung Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, as a whole was at a moderate level. Considering each aspect, it was found that the aspect with the highest mean score was the preparation, followed by the aspects of conducts, and reports, respectively. 2. The comparative results of the problem level on the internal quality assurance of the schools in Pakpayoon district under the jurisdiction of Phatthalung Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, classified by their position and school sizes revealed that the problem level was not significant different.
