การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับพฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา ในศูนย์เครือข่ายการศึกษาที่ 10 อำเภอวาริชภูมิ จังหวัดสกลนคร และ 2) ศึกษาระดับการบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่องค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา ในศูนย์เครือข่ายการศึกษาที่ 10 อำเภอวาริชภูมิ จังหวัดสกลนคร สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสกลนคร เขต 2 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา จำนวน 130 คน โดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. พฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา จังหวัดสกลนคร ในภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านการยอมรับนับถือ ด้านการรู้จักปรับปรุงแก้ไข ด้านการเข้าสังคม ด้านการให้ความช่วยเหลือ ด้านการโน้มน้าวจิตใจ ด้านการประสานงาน และด้านการมีความคิดริเริ่ม 2. การบริหารสถานศึกษาสู่องค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษา จังหวัดสกลนคร ในภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก โดยเรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย คือ ด้านการสร้างวิสัยทัศน์ร่วมกัน ด้านการมีรูปแบบจำลองทางความคิด ด้านการเรียนรู้ร่วมกันเป็นทีม ด้านความรอบรู้แห่งตน และด้านการคิดแบบเป็นระบบ
This research aimed to study 1) the level of the leadership behavior of administrator for Primary Educational in Sakonnakhon, and 2) the school administration towards learning organization of administrators for primary school in Sakonnakhon. The samples used in this survey study composed of 130 administrators of primary education in Sakonnakhon. The questionnaire was constructed as tools for collecting information and the data were statistically analyzed by percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, and multiply coefficient by Pearson. The findings were as follows 1. The leadership behavior of administrators for primary education in Sakonnakhon in overall and each aspect were at a high level the aspect of accepting respect, the aspect of improving oneself, the aspect of social learning, the aspect of assistance, the aspect of minds persuasion, the aspect of coordination, and the aspect of imagination, respectively. 2. The school administration towards learning organization of administrators for primary education in Sakonnakhon in overall and each aspect were at a high level the aspect of shared in vision, the aspect of mental models, the aspect of team learning, the aspect of personal mastery, and the aspect of systems thinking, respectively.
