การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการ และเพื่อเปรียบเทียบสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาในเขตอำเภอลำลูกกา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา เขต 4 โดยจำแนกตามเพศและประสบการณ์การทำงานของครู กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ ข้าราชการครูสายผู้สอนของโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาในเขตอำเภอลำลูกกา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นการศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 4 ปีการศึกษา 2555 จำนวน 92 คน ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้นมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .9686 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปในการคำนวณหาค่าความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาในเขตอำเภอลำลูกกา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา เขต 4 ทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับ ดังนี้ 1) ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ 2) ด้านการแนะแนวการศึกษา 3) ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา 4) ด้านการพัฒนาระบบประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา 5) ด้านการวัดผล ประเมินผล และเทียบผลการโอน 6) ด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา 7) ด้านการพัฒนาสื่อ นวัตกรรม และเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา 8) ด้านการนิเทศภายใน 9) ด้านการพัฒนาแหล่งการเรียนรู้ 10) ด้านการส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนงานวิชาการแก่บุคคล ครอบครัว องค์กร หน่วยงาน 11) ด้านการประสานความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาวิชาการกับสถานศึกษาอื่น 12) ด้านการส่งเสริมความรู้ด้านวิชาการแก่ชุมชน ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูเกี่ยวกับสภาพการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนระดับมัธยมศึกษาในเขตอำเภอลำลูกกา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา เขต 4 จำแนกตามเพศ พบว่า ในภาพรวมและรายด้าน ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา ด้านการพัฒนากระบวนการเรียนรู้ ด้านการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา ด้านการพัฒนาสื่อ นวัตกรรม และเทคโนโลยีเพื่อการศึกษา ด้านการพัฒนาแหล่งเรียนรู้ ด้านการนิเทศ ด้านการพัฒนาระบบการประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา แตกต่างกัน แต่จำแนกตามประสบการณ์การทำงาน ไม่พบความแตกต่าง
The objectives of this study were to study and compare the opinions of teachers regarding the academic management at Basic Secondary Educational Institutions in Lumlukka District under the Jurisdiction of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4. The samples were 92 teachers at Basic Secondary Educational Institutions in Lumlukka District. The research tool was a questionnaire developed by the researcher which has a reliability of 0.9686. The data were analyzed by statistical software to calculate frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and t-test. It was found that the teachers opinions on academic management of Basic Secondary Educational Institutions in Lumlukka District under the Jurisdiction of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4 was at a high level, as follows 1) The development of the learning process, 2) the educational guidance, 3) the development of curriculum, 4) the development of internal quality assurance, 5) the assessment and transferring, 6) research to improve the quality of education, 7) the development of media, innovation and technologies for education, 8) the supervision, 9) the development of learning resources, 10) the promotion and support of academic work for individual, family, organization, agency, 11) the corporation in the development of academic with other educational institutions, and 12) the promotion of academic knowledge to the community. Comparisons of the teachers opinion on academic management of Basic Secondary Educational Institutions in Lumlukka District under the Jurisdiction of the Secondary Educational Service Area Office 4, in terms of age showed significant difference in 7 aspects, as follows The development of curriculum; the development of learning process; research to improve the quality of education; media, innovation and technology for education development; the development of learning resources; the supervision; and the development of internal quality assurance. But the teachers opinion had no significantly difference when classified by working experience.
