การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อศึกษาพฤติกรรมการสอนของครูวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีสยามบริหารธุรกิจ นนทบุรี จากการนิเทศการสอนแบบคลินิก 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการสอนของครู วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีสยามบริหารธุรกิจ นนทบุรี ระหว่างก่อนกับหลังการได้รับการนิเทศการสอนแบบคลินิก กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูผู้สอนในวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีสยามบริหารธุรกิจ นนทบุรี ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2555 จำนวน 30 คน ที่ได้จากการเลือกแบบเจาะจง เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลประกอบด้วย แบบสังเกตพฤติกรรมการสอน แบบบันทึกการสังเกตการสอน และแบบบันทึกการให้คำปรึกษาและแนะนำแก่อาจารย์หลังการนิเทศการสอน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และ t-test ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. พฤติกรรมการสอนของครูหลังการนิเทศการสอนแบบคลินิกอยู่ในระดับดี 2. เปรียบเทียบพฤติกรรมการสอนของครู วิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีสยามบริหารธุรกิจ นนทบุรี ระหว่างก่อนกับหลังการได้รับการนิเทศการสอนแบบคลินิก ครูผู้สอนเปลี่ยนแปลงพฤติกรรมในการสอนของตนเองทุกด้านแตกต่างอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The purposes of this research were 1) to study the teaching behavior of teachers in Siam Business Administration Nonthaburi Technological College through clinical supervision, and 2) to compare the teaching behavior of teachers in Siam Business Administration Nonthaburi Technological College between before and after being taught through clinical supervision. The samples were thirty teachers in the second semester of academic year 2012, obtained from purposive sampling. Instruments used for gathering data were 1) teaching observation form, 2) record observations of teaching, 3) the counseling and advice to teachers after teaching. Data were analyzed by percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test dependent.. The results revealed that 1. Teachers teaching behavior after using clinical supervision is at a good level. 2. Comparing their teaching behavior between before and after clinical supervision, the teachers change their behaviors in all aspects of teaching significantly difference at .05 level.
