การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อการศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนใน 5 ด้าน คือ 1) ด้านการรู้นักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล 2) ด้านการคัดกรองนักเรียน 3) การส่งเสริมนักเรียน 4) ด้านการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหานักเรียน และ 5) ด้านการส่งต่อนักเรียน และเปรียบเทียบการปฏิบัติงานของครูที่ปรึกษาตามสภาพการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน 5 ด้าน จำแนกตามเพศ ระดับการศึกษา และประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นครูที่ปรึกษาโรงเรียนบางบ่อวิทยาคม อำเภอบางบ่อ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ จำนวน 90 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.96 ซึ่งเป็นการปฏิบัติงานจริงตามบทบาทหน้าที่ของครูที่ปรึกษาตามสภาพการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน โดยครอบคลุมแนวการปฏิบัติงานตามสภาพการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน 5 ด้าน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพื้นฐานโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) หาระดับการปฏิบัติงานของครูที่ปรึกษาตามสภาพการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนโดยใช้ t-test (One Sample Group) และเปรียบเทียบการปฏิบัติงานของครูที่ปรึกษาตามสภาพการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียน โดยใช้ค่า t-test (Independent Sample) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ครูที่ปรึกษาโรงเรียนบางบ่อวิทยาคม อำเภอบางบ่อ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ มีความคิดเห็นว่าได้ปฏิบัติงานตามสภาพการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในภาพรวมทั้งหมดอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 4.23) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน 2. ครูที่ปรึกษาเพศหญิงและเพศชาย มีความคิดเห็นว่าได้ปฏิบัติงานตามสภาพการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในภาพรวมและจำแนกเป็นรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. ครูที่ปรึกษาของโรงเรียนบางบ่อวิทยาคม อำเภอบางบ่อ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นว่าได้ปฏิบัติงานตามสภาพการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในภาพรวมไม่แตกต่างกัน เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ครูที่ปรึกษาที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อสภาพการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนด้านการรู้จักนักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยครูที่ปรึกษาที่มีระดับการศึกษาสูงกว่าปริญญาตรีมีการปฏิบัติตามสภาพการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนสูงกว่าครูที่ปรึกษาที่มีระดับการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ส่วนด้านอื่นพบว่าไม่แตกต่างกัน 4. ครูที่ปรึกษาของโรงเรียนบางบ่อวิทยาคม อำเภอบางบ่อ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ที่มีประสบการณ์การในทำงานแตกต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นว่าได้ปฏิบัติงานตามสภาพการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนในภาพรวมและจำแนกเป็นรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน
This research aimed to study the conditions of the conduction of the student care and support system on 5 aspects 1) getting to know the individual student; 2) screening of students; 3) student promotion, 4) prevention and solving of students; and 5) subsequently submit students, and to compare the conduction of the consultants teachers on the previously mentioned that identified by gender, education level, and their experiences of working. The group of sample was the 90 consultants teachers of Bangbowittayakhom school. The instrument used in this research was the questionnaire. The query was the data estimation of 5-point rating scale which had a reliability of 0.96 that measured the real role level of the consultants teachers on the conditions of student care and support system. This instrument covered the operation as the student care and support system complete all 5 fields. It consisted of the average ( ) and the standard deviation (S.D.) of data base analysis. To find out the performance of the consultants teachers on the condition of student care and support system used the t-test (One sample group) and to compare the conductions of students care and support system used the t-test (Independent Sample). The research revealed that 1. The opinions of the consultants teachers of Bangbowittayakhom school as the conductions of student care and support system overview was in a high level ( = 4.23). When considered in all aspects, the average was high level. 2. The opinions of the female and the male consultants teachers who conducted with the conditions of student care and support system on the overview and in the fields were not different. 3. The opinion of the consultants teachers who differed in the education level, revealed that they had conducted of the student care and support system was not different in the overview. But in the meantime, the considering as the fields was found that the consultants teachers who differed in education level had different opinion on the field of getting to know individual students at .05 level of significance that means the consultants teachers who graduated higher degree were higher conducting in the student care and support system than the teachers who graduated Bachelor degree. The other aspects were not different. 4. The opinions of the consultants teachers of Bangbowittayakhom school in the overview and the aspects of conduction with the conditions of student care and support system were not different.
