การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบบทบาทของผู้บริหารในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาของโรงเรียนในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 13 และ 14 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 จำแนกตามคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลของครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษา การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .771 กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือครูผู้สอนในสถานศึกษาในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 13 และ 14 สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 จำนวน 144 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard deviation) และค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. บทบาทของผู้บริหารในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาของโรงเรียนในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 13 และ 14 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 โดยภาพรวมมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.66) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการบริการที่ดี ( = 3.92) รองลงมาคือ ด้านการมุ่งผลสัมฤทธิ์ ( = 3.64) ด้านการพัฒนาตนเอง ( = 3.61) ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุดคือ ด้านการทำงานเป็นทีม ( = 3.49) 2. การเปรียบเทียบบทบาทของผู้บริหารในการพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาของโรงเรียนในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 13 และ 14 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 โดยภาพรวมพบว่าครูผู้สอนที่มีเพศ และประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน
The purposes of this research were to study and compare the role of administrators in educational quality development in School Network for Educational Development Region 13 and 14 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3, classified by personal characteristics of teachers. This research was a survey research. Questionnaire was used as a research tool under .771 confident. The samples comprised 144 teachers in School Network for Educational Development Region 13 and 14 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3. Statistics used for data analysis and hypothesis test comprised percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and t-test. Findings revealed that; 1. Overall the role of administrators in educational quality development in School Network for Educational Development Region 13 and 14 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3 was at a high level ( = 3.66). Considering on each aspect, it was found that the highest average was service mind ( = 3.92), the lower average were achievement motivation ( = 3.64), and self development ( = 3.61), while the lowest average was team work ( = 3.49). 2. Based on comparing the role of administrators in educational quality development in School Network for Educational Development Region 13 and 14 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3, it was found that gender and work experience had no significant difference on overall opinion.
