การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบสภาพการดำเนินงานอนามัยโรงเรียน ของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 13 และ14 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 โดยจำแนกตามเพศ และอายุของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง การวิจัย ในครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือ ข้าราชการครู ในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 13 และ14 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 ปีการศึกษา 2554 จำนวน 136 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .871 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard deviation) และค่าที (t - - test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพการดำเนินงานอนามัยโรงเรียน ของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 13 และ 14 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 โดยภาพรวม มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( =3.33) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับ ปานกลางด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างโรงเรียนและชุมชน ( =3.44) รองลงมาคือ การจัดสิ่งแวดล้อมในโรงเรียนให้ถูกสุขลักษณะ ( =3.31) การบริการสุขภาพในโรงเรียนค่าเฉลี่ย ( =3.29) ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุดคือ สุขศึกษาในโรงเรียน ( = 3.28) 2. การเปรียบเทียบสภาพการดำเนินงานอนามัยโรงเรียน ของโรงเรียนประถมศึกษา ในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 13 และ 14 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 โดยภาพรวมพบว่าข้าราชการครูที่มีเพศ และอายุต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน
The purposes of this research were to study and compare the conditions of school hygiene operation in School Network for Educational Development Region 13 and 14 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3, classified by gender and age of samples. This research was a survey research. The samples comprised 136 teachers in School Network for Educational Development Region 13 and 14 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3, in an academic year 2011. Questionnaire was used as a research tool under .871 confident. Statistics used for data analysis and hypothesis test comprised percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, and t-test. Findings revealed that; 1. Overall the conditions of school hygiene operation in School Network for Educational Development Region 13 and 14 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3 was at a moderate level ( = 3.33). Considering on each aspect, it was found that all aspects were at moderate level, as follows relationship between school and community ( = 3.44), the lower average were management of hygienic environment in school ( = 3.31), and school health service ( = 3.29), and school health education ( = 3.28), respectively. 2. Based on comparing the conditions of school hygiene operation in School Network for Educational Development Region 13 and 14 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3, it was found that gender and age had no significant difference on overall opinion.
