การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความต้องการด้านวิชาการของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 13 และ 14 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 จำแนกตามคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลของบุคลากรในสถานศึกษา การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ บุคลากรในสถานศึกษาในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 13 และ 14 สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 จำนวน 144 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .855 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และค่าที (t- -test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความต้องการด้านวิชาการของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 13 และ 14 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 โดยภาพรวมมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก ( = 3.81) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ( = 3.96) รองลงมา คือ ด้านวัดผลและประเมินผล ( = 3.95) ด้านหลักสูตรและการนำไปใช้ ( = 3.89) ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านนิเทศภายในมี ( = 3.45) 2. การเปรียบเทียบความต้องการด้านวิชาการของครูโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 13 และ 14 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 โดยภาพรวม พบว่า บุคลากรในสถานศึกษาที่มีเพศ และอายุต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน
The purposes of this research were to study and compare academic needs of primary school teachers in School Network for Educational Development Region 13 and 14 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3, classified by personal factors of school personnel. This research was a survey research. The samples were 144 school personnel in School Network for Educational Development Region 13 and 14 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3. Questionnaire was used as a research tool under .855 confident. Statistics used for data analysis and hypothesis test comprised percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. Findings revealed that; 1. Overall academic needs of primary school teachers in School Network for Educational Development Region 13 and 14 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3 was at a high level ( = 3.81). Considering on each aspect, it was found that the highest average was instructional management ( = 3.96), the lower average were measurement and evaluation ( = 3.95), and curriculum and usage ( = 3.89), while the lowest average was internal supervision ( = 3.45). 2. Based on comparing academic needs of primary school teachers in School Network for Educational Development Region 13 and 14 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3, it was found that gender and age had no significant difference on overall opinion.
