การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบห้องสมุดที่พึงประสงค์ตามแนวคิดของครูผู้สอนของโรงเรียนในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 8, 9 และ 10 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 จำแนกตามคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลของครูผู้สอน การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .911 กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ครูผู้สอนในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 8,9 และ 10 สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 จำนวน 159 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1.ห้องสมุดที่พึงประสงค์ตามแนวคิดของครูผู้สอนของโรงเรียนในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 8, 9 และ 10 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 โดยภาพรวมมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก ( =3.54) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านเทคนิคทรัพยากรการจัดหา ( =3.76) รองลงมา คือ ด้านการบริหาร ( =3.48) ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุด คือ ด้านการบริการ ( = 3.43) 2.การเปรียบเทียบห้องสมุดที่พึงประสงค์ตามแนวคิดของครูผู้สอนของโรงเรียนในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 8, 9 และ 10 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 โดยภาพรวม พบว่า ครูผู้สอนที่มีเพศ และประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นไม่แตกต่างกัน
The purposes of this research were to study and compare desirable library according to perception of teachers in School Network for Educational Development Region 8, 9 and 10 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3, classified by personal characteristics of teachers. This research was a survey research. Questionnaire was used as a research tool under .911 confident. The samples were 159 teachers in School Network for Educational Development Region 8, 9 and 10 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3. Statistics used for data analysis and hypothesis test comprised percentage, mean, standard deviation, and t-test. Findings revealed that; 1. Overall desirable library according to perception of teachers in School Network for Educational Development Region 8, 9 and 10 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3 was at a high level ( = 3.54). Considering on each aspect, it was found that the highest average was procurement resource technique ( = 3.76), the lower average was administration ( = 3.48), while the lowest average was service ( = 3.43). 2. Based on comparing desirable library according to perception of teachers in School Network for Educational Development Region 8, 9 and 10 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3, it was found that gender and work experience had no significant difference on overall opinion.
