การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการส่งเสริมงานกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 9 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .850 ประชากรคือครูผู้สอนในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 9 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 จำนวน 78 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แนวทางการส่งเสริมงานกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 9 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 โดยภาพรวมมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก (µ= 3.72) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ (µ= 3.82) และด้านกิจกรรมนักเรียนมีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ (µ= 3.61)
The purposes of this research were to study the guidelines of student affairs promotion in School Network for Educational Development Region 9 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3. This research was a survey research. Questionnaire was used as a research tool under .850 confident. The populations were 78 teachers in School Network for Educational Development Region 9 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3. Statistics used for data analysis comprised mean, percentage, and standard deviation. Findings revealed that; Overall the guidelines of student affairs promotion in School Network for Educational Development Region 9 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3 was at a high level (µ= 3.72). Considering on each aspect, it was found that all aspects had high level of opinion, ranging from high average to low average student care and support system (µ= 3.82), and student activities (µ= 3.61), respectively.
