การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติงานของฝ่ายปกครองโรงเรียนบ้านแหลมทอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ นักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านแหลมทอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 จำนวน 101 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น .72 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (µ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (σ) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการปฏิบัติงานของฝ่ายปกครองโรงเรียนบ้านแหลมทอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก (µ = 4.05) และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 4 ด้าน เรียงตามลำดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการวางแผนงานปกครองนักเรียน (µ = 4.07) ด้านการดำเนินงานส่งเสริมประชาธิปไตย (µ = 4.07) ด้านการแก้ไขพฤติกรรมที่ไม่เหมาะสมของนักเรียน (µ = 4.06) และด้านการส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม (µ = 4.02)
The purpose of this research was to study the satisfactions toward job performance of the government in Ban Laem Thong School under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3. The populations were 101 students in Ban Laem Thong School under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3. Questionnaire was used as a research tool under .72 confident. Statistics used for data analysis comprised percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Findings revealed that; Overall the satisfactions toward job performance of the government in Ban Laem Thong School under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3 was at a high level (µ= 4.05). Considering on each aspect, it was found that there were 4 aspects that had high level of opinion, ranging from high average to low average plan of student government (µ= 4.07), operation of democracy promotion (µ= 4.07), improvement of students misbehavior (µ= 4.06), and promotion of moral and ethics (µ= 4.02), respectively.
