การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 8, 9 และ 10 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 จำแนกตามคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลของครูผู้สอน การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .964 กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือครูผู้สอนในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 8,9 และ 10 สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 จำนวน 159 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าที ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. การดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 8, 9 และ 10 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 โดยภาพรวมมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก ( =3.67) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือด้านกระบวนการปฏิบัติระหว่างดำเนินโครงการ ( =3.77) รองลงมา คือ ด้านผลผลิตของโครงการ ( =3.69) ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุดคือด้านปัจจัยพื้นฐานด้านสภาวะแวดล้อมของโครงการ ( =3.55) 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของโรงเรียนในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 8, 9 และ 10 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 โดยภาพรวม พบว่าครูผู้สอนที่มีเพศ และประสบการณ์ในการทำงานต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนไม่แตกต่างกัน
The purposes of this research were to study and compare the operation of student care an d support system in School Network for Educational Development Region 8, 9 and 10 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3, classified by personal characteristics of teachers. This research was a survey research. Questionnaire was used as a research tool under .964 confident. The samples were 159 teachers in School Network for Educational Development Region 8, 9 and 10 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3. Statistics used for data analysis comprised mean, percentage, standard deviation, and t-test. Findings revealed that; 1. Overall the operation of student care and support system in School Network for Educational Development Region 8, 9 and 10 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3 was at a high level ( = 3.67). Considering on each aspect, it was found that the highest average was process during operation of project ( = 3.77), the lower average was output of project ( = 3.69), while the lowest average was basic factor on environment of project ( = 3.55). 2. Based on comparing the operation of student care and support system in School Network for Educational Development Region 8, 9 and 10 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3, it was found that gender and work experience had no significant difference on overall opinion.
