การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรท้องถิ่นโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 8,9 และ 10 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 จำแนกตามคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลของครูผู้สอน การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยคือ แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .899 กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือครูผ้สอนในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 8,9 และ 10 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 จำนวน 159 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลคือค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าที ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความคาดหวังในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรท้องถิ่นโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 8,9 และ 10 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 โดยภาพรวมมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( = 3.14) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าแต่ละด้านส่วนมากมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลางเช่นกัน ด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการจัดทำปรับปรุงและพัฒนาแผนการสอน คู่มือครู และสื่อ ( = 3.16) รองลงมาคือ ด้านการจัดทำระบบข้อมูลพื้นฐานความต้องการจำเป็นของท้องถิ่น ( = 3.13) ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุดคือ ด้านการกำหนดเป้าหมาย จุดประสงค์การเรียนรู้และจัดทำคำอธิบายรายวิชา ( = 3.12) 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบความคาดหวังในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรท้องถิ่นโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 8,9 และ 10 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 พบว่าครูผู้สอนที่มีเพศ อายุ และระดับการศึกษาต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อความคาดหวังในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรท้องถิ่นโรงเรียนประถมศึกษาในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 8,9 และ 10 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 ไม่แตกต่างกัน
The purposes of this research were to study and compare the expectation of local curriculum development of primary schools in Schools Network for Educational Development Region 8, 9 and 10 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3, classified by personal characteristics of teachers. This research was a survey research. Questionnaire was used as a research tool under .899 confident. The samples were 159 teachers in School Network for Educational Development Region 8, 9 and 10 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3. Statistics used for data analysis comprised mean, percentage, standard deviation, and t-test. Findings revealed that; 1. Overall the expectation of local curriculum development of primary schools in School Network for Educational Development Region 8, 9 and 10 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3 was at a moderate level ( = 3.14). Considering on each aspect, it was found that most aspects had moderate level of opinion the highest average was creation, improvement, and development of teaching plan, teachers book, and media ( = 3.16), the lower average was creation of database system of local need ( = 3.13), while the lowest average was definition of learning objective and creation of course description ( = 3.12). 2. Based on comparing the expectation of local curriculum development of primary schools in School Network for Educational Development Region 8, 9 and 10 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3, it was found that gender, age, and education level had no significant difference on overall opinion.
