การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียนในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 8, 9 และ10 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 จำแนกตามคุณลักษณะส่วนบุคคลของครูผู้สอน การวิจัยครั้งนี้ใช้วิธีการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ (Survey Research) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .877 กลุ่มตัวอย่างคือครูผู้สอนในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 8, 9 และ10สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 จำนวน 159 คน สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าที ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. การนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียนในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 8, 9 และ 10 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 โดยภาพรวมมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( =3.40) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านพบว่าด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด คือ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอนที่ค่าเฉลี่ย ( =3.72) รองลงมาคือ ด้านการพัฒนาบุคลากร ( =3.36) ด้านการประเมินผลการสอน ( =3.33) ส่วนด้านที่มีค่าเฉลี่ยต่ำสุดคือ ด้านหลักสูตรและการนำหลักสูตรไปใช้ ( =3.19) 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบการนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียนในกลุ่มเครือข่ายสถานศึกษาที่ 8, 9 และ 10 สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาอุบลราชธานี เขต 3 พบว่าครูผู้สอนที่มีเพศ และประสบการณ์การทำงานต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการนิเทศภายในของโรงเรียนไม่แตกต่างกัน
The purposes of this research were to study and compare internal supervision in School Network for Educational Development Region 8, 9 and 10 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3, classified by personal characteristics of teachers. This research was a survey research. Questionnaire was used as a research tool under .877 confident. The samples were 159 teachers in School Network for Educational Development Region 8, 9 and 10 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3. Statistics used for data analysis comprised mean, percentage, standard deviation, and t-test. Findings revealed that; 1. Overall internal supervision in School Network for Educational Development Region 8, 9 and 10 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3 was at a moderate level ( = 3.40). Considering on each aspect, it was found that the highest average was instructional management ( = 3.72), the lower average were personnel development ( = 3.36), teaching evaluation ( = 3.33), while the lowest average was curriculum and use of curriculum ( = 3.19). 2. Based on comparing internal supervision in School Network for Educational Development Region 8, 9 and 10 under the Office of Ubon Ratchathani Primary Educational Service Area 3, it was found that gender and work experience had no significant difference on overall opinion.
