การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการพัฒนาคุณธรรมและจริยธรรมของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านจำนัน-สายเจริญ เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา ศรีสะเกษ เขต 4 และ 2) เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการพัฒนาคุณธรรมและจริยธรรมนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านจำนัน-สายเจริญ เขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 4 จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ และวุฒิการศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองโรงเรียนบ้านจำนัน-สาย จำนวน 56 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.82 นำไปเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง แล้วนำแบบสอบถามมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบค่าที (t-test) และ One-way Analysis Variance ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการพัฒนาคุณธรรมและจริยธรรมนักเรียนโรงเรียน บ้านจำนัน-สายเจริญ โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. เปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อการพัฒนาคุณธรรมและจริยธรรมโรงเรียนบ้านจำนัน-สายเจริญ จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ พบว่า ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนวุฒิการศึกษา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The purposes of this research were to 1) study opinions of students guardians on moral and ethical development of students in Banjamnan-Saijaruen school, Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 4, and 2) to compare their opinions separated by gender, age, and education level. The samples of this study consisted 56 students guardians. A research tool was a 5-point rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of 0.82. Then, data were analyzed through percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, and One-way Analysis Variance. The results of this research were as follows 1. Opinions of the guardians on moral and ethical development of students in Banjamnan-Saijaruen school both on overall and each aspect were at a high level. 2. Comparing opinions of the guardians on moral and ethical development of students in Banjamnan-Saijaruen school classified by gender and age found no significantly difference, but found significantly difference at .05 level in their different education level.
