การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาตามบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาที่มีต่อการส่งเสริมการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียน กลุ่มพัฒนาคุณภาพการ ศึกษาไพรบึง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 3 จำแนกตามสถานภาพ ของบุคลากรทางการศึกษาและวุฒิการศึกษา ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ บุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่ปฏิบัติการสอนในโรงเรียนกลุ่มพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาไพรบึง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 3 จำนวน 112 คน เป็นผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 11 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 101 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ระดับความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน ที่มีต่อบทบาทของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาในการส่งเสริมการทำวิจัยในชั้นเรียน กลุ่มพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาไพรบึง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 3 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน เรียงลำดับตามค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการส่งเสริมความก้าวหน้าในตำแหน่งหน้าที่การงานของครูผู้ทำวิจัย ด้านการพัฒนาความรู้แก่ครูผู้ทำวิจัยอย่างต่อเนื่อง ด้านการให้การยอมรับนับถือครูผู้ทำวิจัย และด้านการส่งเสริมให้เกิดความสำเร็จในงานวิจัย ตามลำดับ 2. ระดับความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน ที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี โดย รวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านของครูผู้สอน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก จำนวน 3 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง จำนวน 1 ด้าน เรียงลำดับตามค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการส่งเสริมความก้าวหน้าในตำแหน่งหน้าที่การงานของครูผู้ทำวิจัย ด้านการให้การยอมรับนับถือครูผู้ทำวิจัย ด้านการพัฒนาความรู้แก่ครูผู้ทำวิจัยอย่างต่อเนื่อง และด้านการส่งเสริมให้เกิดความสำเร็จในงานวิจัย ตามลำดับ 3. ระดับความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน ที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาสูงกว่าปริญญาตรี โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน เรียงลำดับตามค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการส่งเสริมความก้าวหน้าในตำแหน่งหน้าที่การงานของครูผู้ทำวิจัย ด้านการให้การยอมรับนับถือครูผู้ทำวิจัย ด้านการพัฒนาความรู้แก่ครูผู้ทำวิจัยอย่างต่อเนื่อง และด้านการส่งเสริมให้เกิดความสำเร็จในงานวิจัย ตามลำดับ เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้านของครูผู้สอน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน เรียงลำดับตามค่าเฉลี่ยจากมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการส่งเสริมให้เกิดความสำเร็จในงานวิจัย ด้านการพัฒนาความรู้แก่ครูผู้ทำวิจัยอย่างต่อเนื่อง ด้านการส่งเสริมความก้าวหน้าในตำแหน่งหน้าที่การงานของครูผู้ทำวิจัย และด้านการให้การยอมรับนับถือครูผู้ทำวิจัย ตามลำดับ
This research aimed to study comments of educational personnel in accordance with the administrators roles toward the aspect of classroom research promotion in Phraibueng Educational Quality Group under the Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, classified by analyzing the status of educational personnel and education level. The population used in this research included 11 school administrators and 101 teachers who work in schools of Phraibueng Educational Quality Group under the Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 3. The research tool used to collect data was a 5-rating scale questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. The results of the study were as follows 1. The level of comments from the school administrators and teachers in accordance with the administrators roles toward the aspect of classroom research promotion in Phraibueng Educational Quality Group under the Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area Office 3, both an overall and each aspect, was at a high level, as follows the promotion progress in career path of research teachers, development of teachers who do research continuously, respect to teachers, and finally promotes success in the research work, respectively. 2. The level of comments from the school administrators and teachers who graduated in Bachelor degree level was in general at a high level, individual consideration of teachers was found 3 aspects at a high level, and 1 aspect at a moderate level, the promotion progress in career path of teachers who do research, acceptance teachers who do research, development knowledge for teachers who do research continually, and promotes success in the research work, respectively. 3. The level of comments from the school administrators and teachers who graduated in Bachelor degree level was in general at a high level, individual consideration of the school administrators was found all aspects at high level, as follows the promotion progress in career path of teachers who do research, acceptance teachers who do research, development of knowledge for teachers who do research continually, and promotes success in the research work, respectively.
