การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาบรรยากาศองค์กรสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน กลุ่มพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาไพรบึง (กพศ.16) อำเภอไพรบึง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 3 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในโรงเรียนในกลุ่มพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาไพรบึง (กพศ.16) อำเภอไพรบึง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 3 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 ปีการศึกษา 2555 จำนวน 101 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ เกี่ยวกับความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนต่อต่อการบริหารงานงบประมาณโดยใช้โรงเรียนเป็นฐานวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล โดยหาค่าเฉลี่ยและค่าร้อยละ ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนต่อบรรยากาศองค์กรสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน ทั้ง 8 ด้านของโรงเรียนโดยเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.95 เมื่อพิจารณาในรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านมิติขาดความสามัคคี มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.96) รองลงมา ได้แก่ มิติอุปสรรค 4.64 ซึ่งอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด มิติขวัญ มิติมิตรสัมพันธ์ มิติห่างเหิน และมิติมุ่งผลงาน มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ย 4.00, 3.98, 4.05, และ 4.04 ตามลำดับ มิติเป็นแบบอย่างและมิติกรุณาปรานี มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับ ปานกลาง มีค่าเฉลี่ย 3.08 และ 3.14
This study aimed to study the school organizational atmosphere in Praibueng Educational Quality Development Group (PEQDG.16), Praibueng district, the Office of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area 3. The population in this study included 101 teachers in Praibueng Educations Quality Development Group (PEQDG.16), Praibueng district, the Office of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area 3, in the first semester of 2012 academic year. Instrument in the study was a 5-rating scale questionnaire on the opinion of school organizational atmosphere. Statistics used for analyzing data were mean and percentage. Findings The overall opinion of teachers on the study of the 8 basic aspects of school organizational atmosphere was at a high level, with the mean score of 3.95. When taking into consideration by each aspect found that the lack of organizational unity and the obstacles earned the highest mean score level of 4.96 and 4.64, respectively. The aspects of morale, friendly relationships, grow estranging, and success-targeting were at high level, with the mean score level of 4.00, 3.98, 4.05, and 4.04, respectively. The aspect of role model and compassionate were at a moderate scale level, with the mean score level of 3.08, and 3.14, respectively.
