การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่มีต่อการบริหารงานบุคคลในกลุ่มพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาไพรบึง อำเภอไพรบึง จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ โดยจำแนกตามเพศและประสบการณ์การทำงาน ประชากร คือ ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาในกลุ่มพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาไพรบึง อำเภอไพรบึง จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ จำนวน 126 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ครอบคลุมงานด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการสรรหาบุคคล ด้านการพัฒนาบุคคล ด้านการธำรงรักษา และด้านการให้บุคคลพ้นจากงาน มีลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ สถิติที่ใช้ ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความคิดเห็นของครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่มีต่อการบริหารงานบุคคลในกลุ่มพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาไพรบึง อำเภอไพรบึง จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ โดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่มีเพศต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานบุคคลในกลุ่มพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาไพรบึง อำเภอไพรบึง จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษาที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานบุคคลในกลุ่มพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาไพรบึง อำเภอไพรบึง จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ทั้งในภาพรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก
This research aimed to study the opinions of teachers and educational personnel towards personnel management in the Phraibueng Educational Quality Development Network, Phraibueng district, Sisaket province, by gender and work experience. The population were 126 teachers and educational personnel in the network. The research tool was a 5-rating scale questionnaire that cover four areas of personnel management the recruitment, personnel development, the maintenance, and the expelling. The statistics used for data analysis included percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. The results showed that 1. The opinions of teachers and educational personnel towards personnel management in Phraibueng Educational Quality Development Network, Phraibueng district, Sisaket province, both in an overall and each aspect were at a high level. 2. The opinions of female and male teachers and educational personnel towards personnel management in Phraibueng Educational Quality Development Network, Phraibueng district, Sisaket province, both in an overall and each aspect were at a high level. 3. The teachers and educational personnel who had differently working experience had opinions towards personnel management both in an overall and each aspect at a high level.
