การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อการศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนบ้านแขว สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 3 ประชากร ได้แก่ จำนวนผู้ปกครองนักเรียนจำนวน 122 คน โรงเรียนบ้านแขว สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 3 ปีการศึกษา 2555 เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนบ้านแขว โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยเรียงลำดับจากค่าคะแนนเฉลี่ย ดังนี้ ด้านการบริหารงานบุคคล ด้านการบริหารด้านงบประมาณ ด้านการบริหารงานทั่วไป และด้านการบริหารงานวิชาการ
This study aimed to study satisfaction of students’ guardians about administration of Ban Khaw school administration under the office of Srisaket Primary Educational Service Area 3. The population in the study comprised 122 students’ guardians. The instrument employed to collect data was a set of 5-scale rating questionnaire. The data were analyzed by mean and Standard Deviation. Results of the study revealed as follows The satisfaction the students’ guardians about administration of the administrator was at a high level. Considering each aspect, it was found that every aspect was at a high level the personnel management, the budget management, the general administration, and the academic management, respectively.
