การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาการดำเนินการการประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาดินแดงโนนปูน สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 3 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน จำนวน 55 คน กลุ่มพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาดินแดงโนนปูน สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 3 ปีการศึกษา 2555 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 40 ข้อ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การดำเนินการการประกันคุณภาพภายในของสถานศึกษา กลุ่มพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษา ดินแดงโนนปูน สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 3 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน ด้านการดำเนินการตามแผน อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือ ด้านการวางแผนการปฏิบัติงาน ด้านการตรวจสอบประเมินผล และน้อยที่สุด คือ ด้านการนำผลการประเมินมาปรับปรุง
The purpose of this research was to study the internal quality assurance of the schools in Dindangnonpoon Educational Development Group under the office of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area 3. The population in this study are administrators and teachers consisted of 55 persons in group of Dindangnonpoon Educational Development under the office of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area 3 in 2012 academic year. The instrument used for collecting data was a 5-rating scale questionnaire of 40 items. Statistics used in data analysis were percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. Research results were as follows Internal quality assurance of the schools in the Dindangnonpoon educational development group in both overall and each aspect were at a high level, as follows operation along with the plan had the highest mean, followed by planning the work performance, examining and evaluation, bringing the results of evaluation to rectify, respectively.
