การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย 1) เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนต่อพฤติกรรม การบริหารงานของผู้บริหาร กลุ่มโรงเรียนตำบลดินแดง อำเภอไพรบึง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 3 และ 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนต่อพฤติกรรม การบริหารงานของผู้บริหาร กลุ่มโรงเรียนตำบลดินแดง อำเภอไพรบึง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 3 จำแนกตาม เพศ และประสบการณ์ในการสอน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการศึกษาวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนในกลุ่มโรงเรียนตำบลดินแดง อำเภอไพรบึง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 3 จำนวน 76 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม เป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อยละ และค่าที (t-test) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ครูมีความคิดเห็นต่อพฤติกรรมการบริหารงานของผู้บริหาร กลุ่มโรงเรียนตำบลดินแดง อำเภอไพรบึง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 3 โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับ มากที่สุด และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ครูมีความคิดเห็นอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดในด้านการจัดบรรยากาศขององค์กร ด้านการพัฒนาองค์กร และด้านพฤติกรรมผู้นำของผู้บริหาร ส่วนด้านการจัดระบบองค์กร อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ครูเพศชายกับครูเพศหญิง มีความคิดเห็นต่อพฤติกรรมการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารกลุ่มโรงเรียนตำบลดินแดง อำเภอไพรบึง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 3 ในภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 3. ครูที่มีประสบการณ์ในการสอนน้อยกว่า 10 ปี และมากกว่า 10 ปี ขึ้นไป มีความคิดเห็นต่อพฤติกรรมการบริหารงานของผู้บริหารกลุ่มโรงเรียนตำบลดินแดง อำเภอไพรบึง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 3 ในภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01
The purposes of this research were; 1) to study the opinion of teachers on the management behaviors of school administrators in Praibueng district, the Office of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area 3, and 2) to compare their opinions classified by their gender and teaching experiences. The population in the this study included 76 teachers in Dindaeng sub-district group in Praibueng district, the Office of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area 3. Instrument in the study was a 5-rating scale questionnaire. Statistics used in analyzing data were mean, percentage, and t-test. Findings were as follows 1. The overall opinion of the teachers on the school administrators’ management behaviors of Dindaeng sub-district group in Praibueng district, the Office of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area 3 was at the highest level. Considering each aspect found that leadership behavior, organizational development, and organizational atmosphere were at the highest level, and organizational system setting was at a high level. 2. The opinion of male teachers and female teachers on the school administrators’ management behaviors of Dindaeng sub-district group in Praibueng district, the Office of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area 3 was significant different at .01 level. 3. The opinion of the teachers with their teaching experiences less than 10 years and more than 10 years was significant different at 01 level.
