การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนต่อพฤติกรรมกรรมการบริหารงานของผู้บริหาร กลุ่มโรงเรียนตำบลไพรบึง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 3 กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ครูกลุ่มโรงเรียนตำบลไพรบึง อำเภอไพรบึง จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ จำนวน 100 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่า t-test และค่า One-way Analysis of Variance ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง โดยมีประสบการณ์ 20 ปี ขึ้นไป มากที่สุด 2. ความคิดเห็นของครูผู้สอนต่อพฤติกรรมการบริหารงานของผู้บริหาร กลุ่มโรงเรียนตำบลไพรบึง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 3 มีความคิดเห็น โดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ผลการเปรียบเทียบครูที่มีเพศต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อพฤติกรรมการบริหารงานของผู้บริหาร โดยภาพรวมและรายด้านไม่แตกต่างกัน 4. ผลการเปรียบเทียบครูที่มีประสบการณ์ต่างกัน มีความคิดเห็นต่อพฤติกรรมการบริหารงานของผู้บริหาร โดยภาพรวมแตกต่างกัน แต่เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการจัดระบบองค์กรแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ส่วนด้านอื่นๆ ไม่แตกต่างกัน
The purpose of this research was to study the opinion of teachers on the management behavior of administrators in Praibueng Sub District Group in Praibueng district, the Office of Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area 3. The sampling group in this research included 100 teachers in Praibueng Sub District Group. Instrument in the study was a 5-rating scale questionnaire. Statistics used in analyzing data were mean, percentage, Standard Deviation, t-test, and One-way Analysis of Variance. Findings 1. Most correspondents are females, and the majority had work experience of 20 years or above. 2. The overall opinion of the teachers on the administrators’ management behavior was in high scale level. When taking into consideration by each aspect found similar results. 3. Comparison of the teachers’ opinions on the administrators’ management behavior based on gender differences were not statistically significant indifferent either as a whole or by each aspect. 4. Comparison of the teachers’ opinions on the administrators’ management behavior based on work-experience differences found that the overall teachers’ opinions on the administrators’ management behavior was statically significant different. When taking into consideration by each aspect, found that the opinions on the organization reforms was significant different at .05 level, but the opinions on the other aspects were not significant different.
