การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1)ศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษา ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก อำเภอขุนหาญ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ และ 2)เปรียบเทียบการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษา ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กอำเภอขุนหาญ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ จำแนกตามสถานภาพของผู้ปกครอง กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้ปกครองที่ส่งบุตรหลานเข้ามาเรียนในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กอำเภอขุนหาญ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ จำนวน 308 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถาม โดยมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามตามวิธีของ ครอนบาคเท่ากับ .991 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน การทดสอบสมมติฐานด้วยค่า t-test การวิเคราะห์แบบแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One-way ANOVA) และการเปรียบเทียบค่าเฉลี่ยรายคู่โดยวิธีของเชฟเฟ่ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผู้ปกครองที่ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่เป็นเพศหญิง มีอายุ 31ถึง 40 ปี สำเร็จการศึกษาระดับประถมศึกษาหรือต่ำกว่า ประกอบอาชีพลูกจ้าง/รับจ้างและเกษตรกร รายได้ทั้งหมดของครอบครัวต่อเดือน ต่ำกว่า 5,000 บาท 2. การมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองในการจัดการศึกษาศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กในอำเภอขุนหาญ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ โดยภาพรวม พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อแยกพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน อันดับแรก คือ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน รองลงมาคือ ด้านการวางแผน ด้านการติดตามประเมินผล ด้านการประสานงาน และด้านการจัดสรรทรัพยากร ตามลำดับ 3. ผลการทดสอบสมมติฐาน พบว่า ผู้ปกครองที่มีเพศต่างกัน มีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาในภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผู้ปกครองที่มีอายุ อาชีพ และรายได้ต่างกัน มีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาในภาพรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .001 แต่ผู้ปกครองที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน มีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการศึกษาศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กในอำเภอ ขุนหาญ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ไม่แตกต่างกัน
This research aimed to study and to compare parents’ participation on education management of early childhood development centers, Khunharn district, Srisakate province, classified by their background. The samples were 308 parents of students in early childhood development centers in Khunharn district, Srisakate province. The instrument was a 5-rating scale questionnaire with a reliability level at 0.991. Statistics used for data analysis were frequency, percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, One-way ANOVA, and Scheffe’s method of multiple comparisons. The research found as follows 1. A majority of parents who answered the questionnaire are females, aged 31-40 years old, having primary education level or lower, working as an unskilled labor or private company’s worker and farmer, having household income lower than 5,000 Baht per month. 2. Parents’ participation on education management of early childhood development centers, Khunharn district, Srisakate province, both overall and each aspect were at a high level, as follows an aspect of learning management, an aspect of planning, an aspect of evaluation, an aspect of coordination, and an aspect of resources distribution, respectively. 3. The hypothesis testing found that the parents with different gender had significantly difference at .05 level in their participation on education management of early childhood development centers, Khunharn district, Srisakate province. The parents with different age, occupation, and monthly income had significantly difference at .001 level in their participation. But the parents with different education level had no significantly difference in their participation on education management of early childhood development centers, Khunharn district, Srisakate province.
