การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อการบริหารงานในโรงเรียนแวงแก้ววิทยา สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ และ 2) เปรียบเทียบความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อการบริหารงานในโรงเรียนแวงแก้ววิทยา สังกัด องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ โดยจำแนกตามเพศและระดับการศึกษา ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนแวงแก้ววิทยา สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ปีการศึกษา 2555 จำนวน 135 คน ได้กลุ่มตัวอย่างจำนวน 100 คน ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .94 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที (t-test) การวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (One way Analysis of Variance) และการทดสอบรายคู่ โดยวิธีการของ เชฟเฟ (Scheffe’s Post hoc Comparison) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อการบริหารงานในโรงเรียนแวงแก้ววิทยา สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านต่างก็มีความพึงพอใจต่อการบริหารงานในโรงเรียนแวงแก้ววิทยาอยู่ในระดับมากเช่นเดียวกัน 2. ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนแวงแก้ววิทยา สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ที่มีเพศต่างกันมีความพึงพอใจต่อการบริหารงานในโรงเรียน ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนแวงแก้ววิทยา สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ที่มีระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน มีความพึงพอใจต่อการบริหารงานในโรงเรียนแวงแก้ววิทยา แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ในภาพรวมและในด้านการบริหารงานงบประมาณ ด้านการบริหารงานทั่วไป
The purposes of this research were to 1) study the satisfaction of students’ guardians towards administration of Waengkaew Wittaya school under the Sisaket Provincial Administrative Organization, and 2) compare their satisfaction classified by gender and education level. Population used in this research were 135 students’ guardians in the service areas of Waengkaew Wittaya school under the Sisaket Provincial Administrative Organization in an academic year B.E. 2555, obtained 100 samples by simple random sampling. Researcher had collected the data from a 5-scale rating questionnaire having confidence equal to .94. Statistics used in this research were percentage, mean, Standard Deviation, t-test, One-way Analysis of Variance, and Scheffe’s Post hoc Comparison. The findings were 1. The satisfaction of the guardians towards administration at Waengkaew Wittaya School under the Sisaket Provincial Administrative Organization in an overall was at a high level. Considering each aspect found that every aspect was at a high level. 2. The guardians at Waengkaew Wittaya School under the Sisaket Provincial Administrative Organization who have different gender had no significantly different satisfaction. 3. The guardians at Waengkaew Wittaya School under the Sisaket Provincial Administrative Organization having different education level had significantly different satisfaction at .05 level in an overall, also in the budget management aspect and the general administration aspect.
