การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองและครูที่มีต่อผลการดำเนินการโครงการส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรมของนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านภูทอง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 4 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านภูทอง จำนวน 102 คน และครูโรงเรียนบ้านภูทอง จำนวน 8 คน รวมทั้งหมด 110 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับโครงการส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม โรงเรียนบ้านภูทอง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาศรีสะเกษ เขต 4 ลักษณะแบบสอบถามเป็นมาตรส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .96 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยหาค่าเฉลี่ย ค่าร้อย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองและครูที่มีต่อระดับการปฏิบัติในโครงการส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม พบว่า ระดับการปฏิบัติหลังการพัฒนาคุณธรรม จริยธรรม ด้วยโครงการส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรม โดยรวมและรายด้านทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ตามลำดับดังนี้ ด้านการรักษาความสะอาด ด้านความมีวินัย ด้านการประหยัด ด้านความซื่อสัตย์ และด้านความใฝ่รู้ใฝ่เรียน
The purpose of this study was to study opinions of students’ guardians and teachers on an effectiveness of ethics and morality promotion project of Baan Puthong school’s student, Sisaket Primary Educational Service Area office 4. The population in this study included 102 students’ guardians and 8 teachers of Baan Puthong school, totally 110 persons. Instrument in the study was a 5-scale rating questionnaire on ethics and morality in Baan Puthong school with a reliability of .96. Statistics used to analyzed the data were mean, percentage, and Standard Deviation. The research result revealed as follow Opinions of the students’ guardians and teachers on the operation of the ethics and morality promotion project both an overall and each aspect were at high level, as follows the cleanliness aspect, the discipline aspect, the economy aspect, the faithfulness aspect, and the active learning aspect, respectively.
