การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อ 1) ศึกษาปัญหาการสร้างและการพัฒนาทีมงานของโรงเรียนพูลเจริญวิทยาคม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 6 2) เปรียบเทียบปัญหาการสร้างและการพัฒนาทีมงานของโรงเรียนจำแนกตามสถานภาพของผู้ตอบแบบสอบถาม ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นครูและบุคลากรโรงเรียนพูลเจริญวิทยาคม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 6 ปีการศึกษา 2553 จำนวน 114 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตรประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ ที่ผู้วิจัยพัฒนาขึ้นใช้เอง วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ปัญหาการสร้างและพัฒนาทีมงานของโรงเรียนพูลเจริญวิทยาคม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 6 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. ปัญหาการสร้างและพัฒนาทีมงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนพูลเจริญวิทยาคม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 6 จำแนกตามเพศ แตกต่างกัน 3. ปัญหาการสร้างและพัฒนาทีมงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนพูลเจริญวิทยาคม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษาเขต 6 จำแนกวุฒิการศึกษา แตกต่างกัน 4. ปัญหาการสร้างและพัฒนาทีมงานของผู้บริหารโรงเรียนพูลเจริญวิทยาคม สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 6 จำแนกประสบการณ์ในการทำงาน ไม่แตกต่างกัน
This research aimed to 1) study the problem and development of team building of the Poolcharoenwitthayakom school under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 6, and 2) compare the problem and development of team building of the Poolcharoen-witthayakom school under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 6, classified by gender, education level, and experience. The population in this study was a group of administrators and teachers of Poolcharoenwitthayakom school under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 6. The instrument for collecting data was a rating scale questionnaire, developed by the researcher. Data were analyzed by using frequency, percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. Results of the study were as follows 1. The problem and development of team building of the Poolcharoenwitthayakom school under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 6 were at a moderate level, in total. 2. Teamwork Building and teamwork development of Poolcharoenwitthayakom school under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 6, classified by gender were significant different. 3. Teamwork Building and teamwork development of Poolcharoenwitthayakom school education under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 6, classified by education were level significant different. 4. Teamwork building and teamwork development of Poolcharoenwitthayakom school under the Office of Secondary Educational Service Area 6, classified by experience were not significant different.
