การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารโรงเรียน ของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โรงเรียนในกลุ่มเมืองบางปู สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 1 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ คณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐานโรงเรียนในกลุ่มเมืองบางปู จำนวน 129 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (µ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน () โดยทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและประมวลผลด้วยโปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์สำเร็จรูป สรุปได้ดังนี้ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การมีส่วนร่วมในการบริหารโรงเรียนของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษาขั้นพื้นฐาน โรงเรียนในกลุ่มเมืองบางปู โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก (µ = 3.69) และแยกเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมาก 3 ด้าน ได้แก่ การมีส่วนร่วมของคณะกรรมการสถานศึกษา ด้านบริหารงานทั่วไป (µ = 3.89) ด้านบริหารงานงบประมาณ (µ = 3.74) ด้านบริหารวิชาการ (µ = 3.69) และอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 1 ด้าน คือ ด้านบริหารงานบุคลากร (µ = 3.45)
The purposes of this study was to study participation in school administration of basic education school committee, schools in Maung Bangpoo group under the Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The population consisted of 129 school committees in Muang Bangpoo group. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Statistics used for analyzing the data included percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. As a result of data analysis, it was found the participation in school administration of basic education school committee, schools in Maung Bangpoo group under the Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1, in an overall was at high level (µ = 3.69). Considering each aspect found that the participation in school administration of basic education school committees was at a high level in 3 aspects a general administration aspect (µ = 3.89); a budget aspect (µ = 3.74); and an academic administration aspect (µ = 3.69) and was at a moderate aspect in 1 aspect a personnel administration aspect (µ = 3.45).
