การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนที่เข้าร่วมโครงการโรงเรียนดีประจำตำบล อำเภอบางบ่อ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 โดยใช้ครูที่ปฏิบัติการสอน จำนวน 92 คน เป็นกลุ่มตัวอย่างในการวิจัย เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสอบถาม มีลักษณะเป็นแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) 5 ระดับ ตามมาตรวัดของลิเคิร์ท (Likert’s Scale) ซึ่งมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .967 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation) และสหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้บริหารโรงเรียนที่เข้าร่วมโครงการโรงเรียนดีประจำตำบล อำเภอบางบ่อ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 มีภาวะผู้นำแบบเปลี่ยนสภาพโดยรวมและรายด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก ภาวะผู้นำแบบแลกเปลี่ยนโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการให้รางวัลตามสถานการณ์มีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก ส่วนด้านการบริหารแบบวางเฉยมีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนที่เข้าร่วมโครงการโรงเรียนดีประจำตำบล โดยรวมมีประสิทธิผลอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า มีประสิทธิผลอยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน ภาวะผู้นำแบบเปลี่ยนสภาพมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับมากกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนที่เข้าร่วมโครงการโรงเรียนดีประจำตำบล เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการมุ่งสัมพันธ์เป็น รายคน และด้านการกระตุ้นการใช้ปัญญามีความสัมพันธ์ในระดับสูง ในขณะที่ด้านความเสน่หาและด้านการดลใจมีความสัมพันธ์ในระดับมาก สำหรับภาวะผู้นำแบบแลกเปลี่ยนมีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกในระดับปานกลางกับประสิทธิผลของโรงเรียนดีประจำตำบล เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการให้รางวัลตามสถานการณ์มีความสัมพันธ์ในระดับมาก และด้านการบริหารแบบวางเฉยมีความสัมพันธ์ในระดับปานกลาง
This study aimed to study the relationship between administrator’s leadership and effectiveness of the schools in One School One Tambol of Bangbo district, the Office of Samutprakarn Primary Educational Service Area 2. The samples comprised 92 teachers. Instrument used was a 5-rating scale questionnaire which had a reliability of .967. Statistics used for data analysis were percentage, mean, standard deviation and Pearson product moment correlation coefficient. The results of research summarized as follows The school administrators in One School One Tambol of Bangbo district, the Office of Samutprakarn Primary Educational Service Area 2 had transformational leadership as a whole and by each aspect were at a good level, transactional leadership as a whole was at fair level, and by each aspect in contingent reward was at good level, and management by exception was at fair level. Effectiveness of the schools in the One School One Tambol as a whole was at good level and as each aspect was also at good level. Positive transformational leadership was at good level in positive way with effectiveness of the schools in the One School One Tambol. Considering each aspect were as follows individualized consideration and intellectual stimulation correlated in excellent level and charismatic and inspiration had correlated in good level. For positive transformational leadership was at fair level in positive way with effectiveness of the schools in the One School One Tambol. Considering in each aspect, it was found that contingent reward was at good level, and management by exception was at fair level.
