การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษารวบรวมปัญหาการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมและการบริการในโรงเรียนพิบูลประชาบาล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 1 ใน 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อม ประกอบด้วย การจัดสภาพแวดล้อมในห้องเรียน และการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมในโรงเรียน และ 2) ด้านการบริการ ประกอบด้วย การส่งเสริมสุขภาพอนามัยและความปลอดภัยของผู้เรียน โดยศึกษากับประชากรซึ่งเป็นครูผู้สอนและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ของโรงเรียนพิบูลประชาบาล สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 1 จำนวน 50 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.83 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. การศึกษาสภาพการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อมให้สอดคล้องกับปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในโรงเรียนพิบูลประชาบาล ได้แก่ การจัดสภาพแวดล้อมภายในห้องเรียน การจัดสภาพแวดล้อมในโรงเรียน การบริการส่งเสริมสุขภาพอนามัยและความปลอดภัยของผู้เรียน มีการปฏิบัติระดับมาก 2. การรวบรวมปัญหา สรุปได้ว่า 2.1 ปัญหาด้านการจัดสภาพแวดล้อมของโรงเรียนพิบูลประชาบาล มีปัญหาเกี่ยวกับบริเวณโรงเรียนไม่มีรั้วล้อมรอบ มีปัญหาขาดแคลนสถานที่พักผ่อน ต้นไม้ใหญ่มีน้อยมาก ขาดความร่มรื่น 2.2 ปัญหาด้านการจัดการบริการของโรงเรียนพิบูลประชาบาล คือ ด้านการส่งเสริมสุขภาพอนามัย มีปัญหาด้านการบริการอนามัยโรงเรียน ได้แก่ นักเรียนมีปัญหาสุขภาพปากและฟัน ต้องการให้มีเจ้าหน้าที่อนามัยหรือทันตแพทย์มาตรวจฟันนักเรียนอย่างสม่ำเสมอ สำหรับปัญหาด้านความปลอดภัยของผู้เรียน พบว่า มีปัญหาด้านความปลอดภัยภายนอกอาคารเรียน คือ มีปัญหาอุบัติเหตุซึ่งเกิดจากการจราจรในบริเวณโรงเรียน มีปัญหาอุบัติเหตุที่เกิดจากการเล่นปีนป่าย วิ่งเล่นกลางสนาม
This research aimed to study an environment accordance with sufficiency economy philosophy. The population included 50 teachers and academic persons in Piboolprachaban school, Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 1. The questionnaire which had a reliability of .83 was used for collecting data, composed of two components 1) the environmental management consists of the school’s rooms and the environment within the school. 2) The service consists of the healthy support and the students’ safety. Statistics used for analyzing the data were frequency, percentage and Standard Deviation. The result revealed as follows 1. To study the environment and its management concerning with the sufficiency economic philosophy in Piboolprachaban school, there had the environmental management in the school’s rooms, in the school, healthy service and support managed in very high level. Therefore students were more safety. 2. The problems were as follows 2.1 The environmental problems of this school were no fence, a lack of relaxation area, such as no shadow trees and no the cool and beautiful atmosphere. 2.2 The service problems of this school were a lack of healthy support students had oral and teeth problems. The dentist and hospital officers had always been wanted suddenly for checking health of students. Safety problems were found at the exterior of the buildings. They were divided into the traffic accidents and the ground play within the school’s area.
