การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชนในการจัดการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กบ้านบางบ่อ สังกัดองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบางบ่อ จากผู้ดูแลเด็ก คณะกรรมการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ผู้ปกครองนักเรียน และพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบล และผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง จำนวน 135 คน ในปีพุทธศักราช 2554 เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามที่ถามเกี่ยวกับเรื่องดังกล่าวข้างต้น นำข้อมูลที่ได้มาวิเคราะห์โดยใช้ความถี่และร้อยละ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่ เห็นว่าชุมชนได้รับรู้ปัญหา นำเสนอความต้องการของชุมชนในการจัดการศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก อำนวยความสะดวกในเรื่องของแหล่งเรียนรู้ ติดต่อสอบถามปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นภายในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก จัดหาทรัพยากรด้วยการเสนอแนะบุคลากรในท้องถิ่นที่มีความรู้ ความสามารถเข้าเป็นวิทยากรให้ความรู้แก่ผู้ดูแลเด็ก และบริจาคสื่อ วัสดุ อุปกรณ์ให้ศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก ให้ขวัญกำลังใจแก่ครูผู้ดูแลเด็ก ติดตามผลการดำเนินงานภายในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก แต่ไม่มีส่วนร่วมในการให้ความร่วมมือวิเคราะห์จุดแข็งในการจัดการของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก และสรุปผลการดำเนินงานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กเมื่อสิ้นปีงบประมาณ
This research aimed to study the participation of communities in the management of Banbangbo Child Development Center, Bangbo Subdistrict Administration Organization, Samutprakan province. Population under study comprised 135 caregivers and committee members of aforementioned center administration officials and parents of students related personnel in the 2011 academic year. An instrument used was a questionnaire with items covering essential of the topic. Whereupon, collected data were analyzed by frequency and percentage. The research results revealed as follows Mosts of the respondents had recognized the problem informing their needs to the center; facilitating learning resources; asking the center concerning problems; providing resources by suggesting local experts to give knowledge to the caregivers, donating media, materials and equipment for the center; strengthening the caregivers; following-up the center operation. However, the communities did not cooperate in analyzing the center performance and in conclusion at the end of the fiscal year.
