การวิจัยในครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงสำรวจ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัยในโรงเรียนชุมชนวัดบ้านระกาศ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 ใน 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านค่าใช้จ่าย ด้านการจัดบริการนักเรียน ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์โรงเรียน จำแนกตามเพศ อายุ วุฒิการศึกษา อาชีพ และรายได้ต่อเดือน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนระดับปฐมวัยที่กำลังศึกษาในโรงเรียนชุมชนวัดบ้านระกาศ จำนวน 70 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประเมินค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ความถี่ ร้อยล่ะ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาปฐมวัยในโรงเรียนชุมชนวัดบ้านระกาศ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 พบว่า ผู้ปกครองมีความพึงพอใจด้านค่าใช้จ่ายสูงสุด รองลงมา ได้แก่ ด้านการจัดบริการนักเรียน ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์โรงเรียน และด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ตามลำดับ
This research is a survey research. The objective was to evaluate the satisfaction of parents with kindergarten management in Watbanrakard school under the Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in 4 aspects; teaching and learning management, learning cost, student services, school information provision. These aspects were classified by gender, age, educational level, occupation, and monthly income. The population in this research included 70 parents of pre-school students who were studying in this school. Data collecting tool was the rating scale questionnaire with 5 level evaluation. The statistic for data analysis comprised frequency, percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. The results from this satisfaction survey found that the parents were satisfied with the highest satisfaction of learning cost, followed by student services, school information provision, and the lowest satisfaction was teaching and learning management.
