การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของครูที่มีต่อการนิเทศภายในโรงเรียนเคหะบางพลี (10 ปี สปช.) ใน 3 ด้าน 1) ด้านการสนับสนุนการสอน 2) ด้านการส่งเสริมการสอน และ 3) ด้านการสร้างเจตคติที่ดีต่อการสอน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหารและคณะครูโรงเรียนเคหะบางพลี (10 ปี สปช.) ในปีการศึกษา 2553 จำนวน 40 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating Scale) สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย (µ) และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน () วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและประมวลผลด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป ผลการวิจัยพบว่า โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณารายด้าน พบว่า อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน โดยมีด้านการสร้างเจตคติที่ดีต่อการสอนสูงสุด รองลงมาด้านการส่งเสริมการสอน และด้านการสนับสนุนการสอนต่ำสุด
The purpose of this research was to study the teacher’s satisfaction regarding the internal supervision in Kehabangplee school in 3 aspects 1) supporting teaching, 2) the promotion of teaching, and 3) of a good attitude toward teaching. The population included 40 officers. Data were collected using 5-point rating scale questionnaire and checklist and statistically analyzed in frequency, percentage, mean score, and Standard Deviation. The research results were as follows The findings revealed that the teacher’s satisfaction regarding the internal supervision in Kehabangplee school was generally found at a high level. After item analysis, all of them could be rated by mean score in descending order as follows of a good attitude toward teaching, the promotion of teaching, and supporting teaching.
