การวิจัยในครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อสำรวจความพึงพอใจและความต้องการของผู้ปกครองในการส่งบุตรหลานเข้าเรียนกับศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กตำบลบางบ่อ อำเภอบางบ่อ การสำรวจทำโดยให้ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง จำนวน 83 คน กรอกแบบสอบถามเกี่ยวกับความพึงพอใจ 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านบุคลากร ด้านอาคารสถานที่ ด้านการจัดการศึกษา และด้านการมีส่วนร่วมของชุมชน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผู้ปกครองมีความพึงพอใจในการส่งบุตรหลานเข้าเรียนในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กตำบลบางบ่อ อำเภอบางบ่อ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ( = 3.01) เมื่อพิจารรารายด้าน พบว่า ความพึงพอใจอยู่ในระดับปานกลางทุกด้าน ตามลำดับคะแนนเฉลี่ย ดังนี้ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วม ( = 3.19) ด้านการจัดการศึกษา ( = 3.08) ด้านอาคารสถานที่ ( = 2.98) และด้านบุคลากร ( = 2.81) ตามลำดับ
This research aimed to survey the satisfactions and needs of parents who are sending their children to the child development center of Bangbo. The survey was made by 83 from 500 parents filled in the questionnaires regarding satisfaction of 4 aspects personnel, building, education setting, and participation of the community. It was found that the parents were satisfied at a moderate level ( = 3.34). Considering each aspect found that all 4 aspects were at moderate level, as follows the participation aspect ( = 3.19), the education setting aspect ( = 3.08), the building/place aspect ( = 2.98), and the personnel aspect ( = 2.81), respectively.
