การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กบ้านบางบ่อ อำเภอบางบ่อ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ใน 4 ด้าน คือ ด้านการบริหารงานทั่วไป ด้านบุคลากร ด้านงบประมาณ และด้านวิชาการ ประชากร ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กบ้านบางบ่อ อำเภอบางบ่อ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ปีการศึกษา 2554 จำนวน 120 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า การมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองที่มีต่อการจัดการศึกษาของศูนย์พัฒนาบ้านบางบ่อ อำเภอ บางบ่อ จังหวัดสมุทรปราการ ใน 4 ด้าน ด้านการบริหารงานทั่วไป ด้านบุคลากร ด้านงบประมาณ และด้านวิชาการ โดยรวมเห็นด้วยอยู่ในระดับมาก มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.55 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ .36 เมื่อจัดลำดับการมีส่วนร่วมของผู้ปกครองต่อการจัดการศึกษาของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กบ้านบางบ่อ พบว่า มีระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในระดับมาก 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการบริหารงานทั่วไป มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.65 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ .38 และด้านบุคลากร มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.62 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ .47 และมีระดับการมีส่วนร่วมในระดับปานกลาง 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านงบประมาณ มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.48 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ .43 และด้านวิชาการ มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.46 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ .42 เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า 1. ด้านการบริหารงานทั่วไป พบว่า การมีส่วนร่วมในการประชุมผู้ปกครองนักเรียน อยู่ในระดับมากเป็นอันดับแรก (µ = 4.14, = .73) 2. ด้านบุคลากร พบว่า การประสานงานเกี่ยวกับการพัฒนาศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก อยู่ในระดับมากเป็นอันดับแรก (µ = 3.85, = .65) 3. ด้านงบประมาณ ถึงแม้ว่าค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (µ = 3.48, = .43) แต่การมีส่วนร่วมในการช่วยระดมทุนในการพัฒนาศูนย์และเป็นตัวแทนของศูนย์ในการขอรับการสนับสนุนงบประมาณจากหน่วยงานอื่น อยู่ในระดับมาก (µ = 3.60 และ 3.56) 4. ด้านวิชาการ ถึงแม้ว่าค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง (µ = 3.46, = .42) แต่มีรายข้ออยู่ในระดับมาก 4 ข้อ ด้วยกัน
This research aimed to study about parents’ participation in educational management of Banbangbo child development center, Bangbo district, Samutprakan province, in 4 aspects general management, personnel, budget, and academic, classified by parent’s background gender and education, in an academic year 2011. Population composed of 120 students’ parents in Banbangbo child development center, Bangbo district, Samutprakan province. Tool of the research was a questionnaire. Statistics in data analysis were percentage, average, and standard deviation. The results of this research showed that the participation of students’ parents in the educational management of Banbangbo child development center, Bangbo district, Samutprakan province in four aspects (general management, personnel, budget, and academic) was at high level (µ = 3.55, = .36) When ranking ordered of the parent‘s participation in education administration of Banbangbo child development center, it showed that parent’s participation was at a high level in 2 aspects the general management (µ = 3.65, = .36) and the personnel (µ = 3.62, = .47); and at a moderate level in 2 aspects the budget (µ = 3.48, = .43) and the academic (µ = 3.46, = .42). Considering each aspect, it was found that 1. The general management Parents’ participation in meeting was at a first high level. (µ = 4.14, = .73). 2. The personnel The collaboration of development Banbangbo child development center was at a first high level. (µ = 3.85, = .65). 3. The budget Though this aspect had an average at a moderate level (µ = 3.85, = .43), 2 items were at high level helping in fund seeking for the center development (µ = 3.60, = .62), and representative of the center for fund seeking (µ = 3.56, = .54). 4. The academic Though this aspect had an average at a moderate level (µ = 3.46, = .42), 4 items were at high level.
