การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาระดับความพึงพอใจของครูที่มีต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการของโรงเรียนเคหะบางพลี (10 ปี สปช.) สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาสมุทรปราการ เขต 2 ใน 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1) ด้านหลักสูตรและการนำไปใช้ 2) ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอน 3) ด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอน และ 4) ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ข้าราชการครู จำนวน 40คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ แบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ และแบบตรวจสอบรายการ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ในภาพรวมทั้ง 4 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก (µ = 4.27, = 0.70) เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน อยู่ในระดับมากทุกด้าน เรียงลำดับค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด-ต่ำสุด ดังนี้ ด้านการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนการสอนมีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด (µ = 4.42, = 0.64) รองลงมา ได้แก่ ด้านหลักสูตรและการนำไปใช้ (µ = 4.28, = 0.68) ด้านการวัดผลประเมินผลการเรียนรู้ (µ = 4.27, = 0.70) และด้านสื่อการเรียนการสอน (µ = 4.10, = 0.77)
The aim of this research was to study the teachers’ satisfaction towards academic affairs administration of Khehabangphlee school under Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2, in 4 aspects 1) curriculum and implementation, 2) teaching and learning activities, 3) instructional materials, and 4) learning measurement and evaluation. The population included 40 teachers. Data were collected by using 5-point rating scale and checklist questionnaire and statistically analyzed in percentage, mean score, and standard deviation. The findings revealed that the teachers’ satisfaction towards academic affairs administration of Khehabangphlee school under Samutprakan Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 was generally found at high level (µ = 4.27, = 0.68). After item analysis, every aspect was at high level which could be rated as follows activities of teaching and learning (µ = 4.42, = 0.64), curriculum and implementation (µ = 4.28, = 0.68), learning measurement and evaluation (µ = 4.27, = 0.70), and instructional media (µ = 4.10, = 0.77), respectively.
