การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย ดังนี้ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานการจัดระบบสารสนเทศ ศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย อำเภอชุมพวง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา 2) เพื่อให้บุคลากรมีความสามารถในการจัดทำระบบสารสนเทศศูนย์การศึกษานอกระบบและการศึกษาตามอัธยาศัย อำเภอชุมพวง จังหวัดนครราชสีมา และ 3) เพื่อให้บุคลากรมีชิ้นงานสารสนเทศอย่างเหมาะสมสอดคล้องกับบริบทขององค์กร การศึกษาวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการศึกษาวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยการสัมภาษณ์แบบเจาะลึก กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ กลุ่มตัวอย่างเลือกแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง กลุ่มผู้ร่วมศึกษา (Research Participants) จำนวน 3 คน ประกอบด้วย เจ้าหน้าที่ปฏิบัติงานแผนงานและโครงการ มีหน้าที่เป็นวิทยากร เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานบริหารงานทั่วไป ทำหน้าที่เป็นผู้นิเทศติดตามผลการพัฒนาการจัดระบบสารสนเทศ และเป็นวิทยากร เจ้าหน้าที่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานสารบรรณ/ธุรการ ทำหน้าที่เป็นวิทยากร วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยการวิเคราะห์เนื้อหาและการบรรยายเชิงพรรณนา ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผู้ร่วมศึกษามีความคิดเห็นว่าการฝึกอบรมครั้งนี้ทำให้ผู้เข้าฝึกอบรมได้รับความรู้ความเข้าใจด้านการจัดระบบสารสนเทศ อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การนิเทศติดตามผลการดำเนินงานการจัดระบบสารสนเทศโดยภาพรวม ผู้ร่วมศึกษา ทุกคนสามารถดำเนินการจัดระบบสารสนเทศได้ตามขั้นตอนหรือแนวทางการจัดระบบสารสนเทศของกรมวิชาการ 5 ขั้นตอน อยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ด้านความสามารถในการจัดระบบสารสนเทศจากการประเมิน จากการวิเคราะห์และประเมินความสามารถของผู้ร่วมศึกษาด้วยแบบประเมินผลการพัฒนาบุคลากรด้านสารสนเทศ โดยภาพรวมและรายด้าน พบว่า ผู้ร่วมศึกษามีความสามารถในการจัดระบบสารสนเทศทุกขั้นตอนอยู่ในระดับมาก
The objectives of this research were 1) to study a development of the task performance on information system of Non-formal and Informal Education Center, Chumpuang district, Nakhonratchasima, 2) to help personnel had an ability to make information systems for the Non-formal and Informal Education Centers, Chumpuang district, and 3) to help personnel have appropriate information in accordance with the organizational context. This study is a qualitative research through in-depth interview. The samples used in the study consisted of 3 people working on plans and projects who had served as a lecturer; administrative staff worker who serves as an implementation of information system development, and as a lecturer; and staff working on document/administration served as a lecturer. Data were analyzed by content analysis and descriptive narrative. Findings revealed as follows 1. The participants had the opinion that this training could enable trainees to gain insight into the information system both an overall and each aspect at high level. 2. An implementation of operating the system as a whole the participants could be able to complete the process or system under the guidance of the Department of Information Systems, 5 steps, at high level. 3. An ability to organize information from the evaluation, based on the analysis and assessment, the study also evaluated the development of the information Overall, the study also found that the participants were able to process information systems at high level.
