การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการดำเนินงานระบบการดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของครูในอำเภอสอยดาว จังหวัดจันทบุรี กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและครูผู้สอน จำนวน 196 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์แบบเพียร์สัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในอำเภอสอยดาว จังหวัดจันทบุรี โดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของครู ในอำเภอสอยดาว จังหวัดจันทบุรีโดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์ที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ.01 ทุกด้านทางบวก กับการดำเนินงานระบบดูแลช่วยเหลือนักเรียนของครูในอำเภอสอยดาว จังหวัดจันทบุรี
The purposes of this research were to study the correlation between the leadership styles of school administrators with the implementation of the student caring system of the teachers in Soidao district of Chanthaburi. The samples included 196 school administrators and teachers. The instrument used for collecting data was 5 scale rating questionnaire developed by the researcher. The statistics for data analysis composed of mean, Standard Deviation and Pearson Product Moment correlation. The results of this research were as follows; 1. The leadership of school administrators in Soidao district of Chanthaburi province was at a high level. 2. The implementation of the student caring system of the teachers in Soidao district of Chanthaburi province as a whole was at a high level. 3. The leadership styles of the school administrators and the implementation of the student caring system of the teachers in Soidao district of Chanthaburi province showed a high level relationship significantly at .01 level.
