การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 2 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 2 จำนวน 109 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่น 0.83 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษาตามความคิดเห็นของผู้บริหาร สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 2 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมาก และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ผู้บริหารที่มีประสบการณ์การทำงานต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อความเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 2 ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. ผู้บริหารที่ปฏิบัติงานในสถานศึกษาที่มีขนาดต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อความเป็นองค์กรแห่งการเรียนรู้ของสถานศึกษา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 2 ไม่แตกต่างกัน
This research aimed to study and compare learning organizations according to the opinions of school administrators under the Office of Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area 2. The population of this research were 109 school administrators under the Office of Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area 2. The instrument used to collect data in this research was 5-scale rating questionnaire with a reliability of 0.83. The statistics used in the data analysis included percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. Research results were as follows 1. Learning organizations according to the opinions of the school administrators under the Office of Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area 2 in an overall was at a high level. Considering each aspect, it also showed high level in all aspects. 2. The opinions of the school administrators with different experiences to learning organizations of the schools under the Office of Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area 2 were not significant different. 3. The opinions of the school administrators working in schools with different sizes under the Office of Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area 2 were not significant different.
