การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างพฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษากับการส่งเสริมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครูในอำเภอสอยดาว จังหวัดจันทบุรี โดยเก็บข้อมูลจากกลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาและข้าราชการครูในอำเภอสอยดาว จังหวัดจันทบุรี ปีการศึกษา 2555 จำนวน 196 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าเฉลี่ย ( ) ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (S.D.) และค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สัน (r) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. พฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ในอำเภอสอยดาว จังหวัดจันทบุรี โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. การส่งเสริมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครูในอำเภอสอยดาว จังหวัดจันทบุรี โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3. พฤติกรรมภาวะผู้นำของผู้บริหารสถานศึกษามีความสัมพันธ์ทางบวกที่ระดับนัยสำคัญ .01 กับการส่งเสริมการวิจัยในชั้นเรียนของครูในอำเภอสอยดาว จังหวัดจันทบุรี
The purposes of this research were to study the relationship between leadership behaviors of school administrations toward promoting classroom research for teachers in Soidao district of Chanthaburi province. The samples included 196 administrators and teachers in Soidao district of Chantaburi province in an academic year 2012. The instrument used for collecting data was a set of 5-rating scale questionnaire developed by researcher. The statistics used to analyze data composed of mean, Standard Deviation, and simple correlation. The results of this research were as follows 1. The leadership behaviors level of the school administrations in Soidao district of Chanthaburi province, as a whole was at a high level. 2. The level of promoting classroom research for the teachers in Soidao district of Chanthaburi province, as a whole was at a moderate level. 3. The relationship between leadership behaviors of school administrations toward promoting classroom research for the teachers in Soidao district of Chanthaburi province, was positively correlated relationship significantly at .01 level.
