การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของครูต่อสมรรถนะการบริหารงานวิชาการระดับปฐมวัยของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 2 ในด้านการบริหารจัดการการเรียนรู้ ด้านการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา ด้านการนิเทศการจัดการเรียนรู้ในสถานศึกษา และด้านการส่งเสริมการวิจัยเพื่อพัฒนาคุณภาพการจัดการเรียนรู้ จำแนกตามประสบการณ์สอนและขนาดของโรงเรียน ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ครูผู้สอนระดับปฐมวัย จำนวน 190 คน สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2554 เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า 1. ความคิดเห็นของครูระดับปฐมวัยต่อสมรรถนะการบริหารงานวิชาการระดับปฐมวัยของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้านทั้ง 4 ด้าน อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ครูระดับปฐมวัยที่มีประสบการณ์สอนต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อสมรรถนะการบริหารงานวิชาการระดับปฐมวัยของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกัน 3. ครูระดับปฐมวัยที่ปฏิบัติงานในโรงเรียนขนาดต่างกันมีความคิดเห็นต่อสมรรถนะการบริหารงานวิชาการระดับปฐมวัยของผู้บริหารโรงเรียน โดยรวมและรายด้านแตกต่างกัน
The purposes of this study were to study and compare academic administration competencies of school administrators in early childhood education under the Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 as perceived by teachers in 4 aspects learning management, curriculum development, supervisory learning management, and promoting doing research, classified by teaching experience and school size. The population consisted of 190 kindergarten teachers under the Chanthaburi Primary Educational Service Area Office 2 in an academic year 2011. The instrument used for collecting data was a 5-scale rating questionnaire. Statistics used for data analyses composed of percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. The findings were as follows. 1. The academic administration competencies of the school administrators, as a whole and 4 aspects according to the teacher perceptions were at a high level. 2. The academic administration competencies of the school administrators, as a whole and each aspect according to the teacher perceptions with different teaching experience were different. 3. The academic administration competencies of the school administrators as a whole and each aspect according to the teacher perceptions with different school size were different.
