การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบการบริหารจัดการด้านการดูแลสุขภาพการบริโภคของบุคลากรโรงเรียนเตรียมบัณฑิต (บริบูรณ์ศิลป์ศึกษา) ตำบลคูคต อำเภอลำลูกกา จังหวัดปทุมธานี จำแนกตามเพศ ระดับชั้นที่สอน และระดับการศึกษา ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ คือ ครูและบุคลากรในโรงเรียนเตรียมบัณฑิต (บริบูรณ์ศิลป์ศึกษา) ตำบลคูคต อำเภอลำลูกกา จังหวัดปทุมธานี จำนวน 140 คน กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีจำนวนทั้งสิ้น 102 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถามที่ผู้วิจัยสร้างขึ้น สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและทดสอบสมมติฐาน ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ค่าที (t-test) และค่าเอฟ (Ftest) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผลการศึกษาการบริหารจัดการด้านการดูแลสุขภาพการบริโภคของบุคลากรโรงเรียนเตรียมบัณฑิต (บริบูรณ์ศิลป์ศึกษา) ตำบลคูคต อำเภอลำลูกกา จังหวัดปทุมธานี ทั้ง 6 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านการบริโภคอาหารและยา ด้านการออกกำลังกาย ด้านการพักผ่อน ด้านการจัดการสิ่งแวดล้อม ด้านการตรวจรักษาสุขภาพ และด้านการจัดการความเครียด โดยภาพรวมมีการบริหารจัดการด้านการดูแลสุขภาพ อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. ผลการเปรียบเทียบการบริหารจัดการด้านการดูแลสุขภาพการบริโภคของบุคลากรโรงเรียนเตรียมบัณฑิต (บริบูรณ์ศิลป์ศึกษา) ตำบลคูคต อำเภอลำลูกกา จังหวัดปทุมธานี โดยภาพรวม ที่มีเพศ ระดับชั้นที่สอน และระดับการศึกษาต่างกัน มีการบริหารจัดการด้านการดูแลสุขภาพแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
The purposes of this research were to study and compare the management in consumption health care of personnel in Triumbundhit School (Boriboonsueksa) Khu Khot Subdistrict Lam Luk Ka District Pathum Thani Province classified by gender, teaching level, and education level. The populations were 140 teachers and personnel in Triumbundhit School (Boriboonsueksa) Khu Khot Subdistrict Lam Luk Ka District Pathum Thani Province. The samples were 102 teachers and personnel. Questionnaire was used as a research tool. Statistics used for data analysis and hypothesis test comprised frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test, and Ftest. Findings revealed that; 1. Based on studying the management in consumption health care of personnel in Triumbundhit School (Boriboonsueksa) Khu Khot Subdistrict Lam Luk Ka District Pathum Thani Province in 6 aspects food and drug consumption, exercise, recreation, environmental management, healthy check and cure, and stress management, it was found that overall management in consumption health care was at a moderate level. 2. Based on comparing the management in consumption health care of personnel in Triumbundhit School (Boriboonsueksa) Khu Khot Subdistrict Lam Luk Ka District Pathum Thani Province, it was found that gender, teaching level, and education level had difference at .05 statistically significant on overall opinion.
