การวิจัยนี้มีความมุ่งหมายของการวิจัย 1) เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนในโรงเรียนบ้านนกยูง อำเภอภูสิงห์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ และ 2) เพื่อนำผลการวิจัยไปพัฒนาปรับปรุงการจัดการเรียนการสอนในโรงเรียนบ้านนกยูง อำเภอภูสิงห์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย คือ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียนในโรงเรียนบ้านนกยูง อำเภอภูสิงห์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ จำนวน 55 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับ .84 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย (µ) และหาค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (σ) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนในโรงเรียนบ้านนกยูง อำเภอภูสิงห์ จังหวัดศรีสะเกษ โดยภาพรวม อยู่ในระดับมาก (µ= 3.86) และเมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ความพึงพอใจของผู้ปกครองนักเรียนที่มีต่อการจัดการเรียนการสอนอยู่ในระดับมาก เรียงตามลำดับคะแนนเฉลี่ยมากไปหาน้อย ได้แก่ ด้านการสร้างความสัมพันธ์กับชุมชน (µ= 4.06) ด้านสภาพแวดล้อมและสื่อการเรียนการสอน (µ= 3.77) และด้านการจัดบริการ (µ= 3.75)
The purposes of this research were to 1) study the satisfaction of students guardians toward instructional management in Ban Nok Yung School Phusing District Sisaket Province and 2) use the result of research for development and improvement of instructional management in Ban Nok Yung School Phusing District Sisaket Province. The populations were 55 students guardians in Ban Nok Yung School Phusing District Sisaket Province. Questionnaire was used as a research tool under .84 confident. Statistics used for data analysis comprised percentage, mean, and standard deviation. Findings revealed that; Overall the satisfaction of students guardians toward instructional management in Ban Nok Yung School Phusing District Sisaket Province was at a high level (µ= 3.86). Considering on each aspect, it was found that there were the aspects that had high level of opinion, ranging from high average to low average building relationship with community (µ= 4.06), environment and instructional media (µ= 3.77), and service management (µ= 3.75), respectively.
