การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาปัญหาและการแก้ปัญหาวินัยของนักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น ในโรงเรียนศูนย์เครือข่ายที่ 4 อำเภอประทาย สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษานครราชสีมา เขต 7 ประชากรที่ศึกษา ได้แก่ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา จำนวน 8 คน ครูฝ่ายปกครอง จำนวน 12 คน และครูผู้สอน จำนวน 30 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า (Rating scale) 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษา ครูฝ่ายปกครอง และครูผู้สอน โดยภาพรวมเห็นว่า ปัญหาวินัยของนักเรียนอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง เมื่อแยกเป็นรายกลุ่ม ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเห็นว่าวินัยของนักเรียนมีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับน้อย ครูฝ่ายปกครองเห็นว่ามีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับมาก และครูผู้สอนเห็นว่ามีปัญหาอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 2. การแก้ปัญหาวินัยของนักเรียน โดยรวมทั้ง 3 กลุ่ม เห็นว่ามีการปฏิบัติในการแก้ปัญหา อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง แต่เมื่อแยกตามรายกลุ่ม ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเห็นว่ามีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ครูฝ่ายปกครองเห็นว่ามีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก และครูผู้สอนเห็นว่ามีการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง 3. ข้อเสนอแนะในการแก้ปัญหาวินัยของนักเรียนโดยทั่วไป ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาเห็นว่าครูควรทำตัวเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดีให้กับนักเรียน ครูฝ่ายปกครองเห็นว่าการที่จะแก้ปัญหาวินัยของนักเรียนได้สำเร็จนั้น ครูควรทราบข้อมูลพื้นฐานทางครอบครัวของนักเรียนก่อน เพราะเด็กมาจากครอบครัว ที่ต่างกันและสิ่งแวดล้อมที่ต่างกัน ปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นย่อมใช้วิธีการแก้ที่แตกต่างกันด้วย และครูผู้สอน เห็นว่าครูควรแจ้งพฤติกรรมให้ผู้ปกครองทราบ เพื่อหาแนวทางแก้ไขร่วมกัน
The objectives of this research were to study the problem and solving discipline problems at the beginning of secondary school students in the School Network Centre 4, Pratai district, Nakhonratchasima Primary Educational Service Area Office 7. Population included 8 school administrators, 12 counseling personnel, and 30 teachers. A research instrument used to collect the data was a 5-rating scale questionnaire. Statistics used in data analysis composed of mean and Standard Deviation. The results showed that 1. The school administrators, counseling personnel, and teachers had opinions on the discipline problems of students in overall at a moderate level. Considering each group, it was found that the school administrators had their opinions on the discipline problems of students at a low level, the counseling personnel had their opinions at a high level, and the teachers had their opinions at a moderate level. 2. For solving the discipline problems the school administrators, the counseling personnel, and the teachers viewed at a moderate level. Considering each group, it was found that the school administrators and the teachers viewed at a moderate level, but the counseling personnel viewed at a high level. 3. Suggestion to solver discipline problems the school administrators suggested that the teachers should be good samples for students, the counseling personnel suggested that the teachers should know basic data of students families in order to solve students problems, and the teachers suggested that they should inform students guardians concerning students behaviors in order to find an appropriate way to solved students problem.
