การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาและเปรียบเทียบความคิดเห็นของข้าราชการครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา ที่มีต่อสภาพการดำเนินงานส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรมนักเรียนในโรงเรียนของอำเภอคูเมือง สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาบุรีรัมย์ เขต 4 จำแนกตามตำแหน่งหน้าที่และขนาดของโรงเรียน กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ประกอบด้วย ผู้อำนวยการโรงเรียน จำนวน 38 คน และครู จำนวน 76 คน รวมทั้งหมด 114 คน ได้จากการสุ่มจากประชากร โดยกำหนดขนาดกลุ่มตัวอย่างตามตารางของเครจซีและมอร์แกน (Krejcie; & Morgan) และทำการสุ่มด้วยวิธีการสุ่มอย่างง่าย (Simple Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีลักษณะเป็นแบบตรวจสอบรายการ (Check list) มีค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 1.985-8.245 ได้ค่าความเชื่อมั่น .9625 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลใช้ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ทดสอบสมมติฐานโดยใช้ค่า t-test, F test และเปรียบเทียบความแตกต่างเป็นรายคู่ ด้วยวิธีของเชฟเฟ (Scheffe Method) โดยกำหนดค่านัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. สภาพการดำเนินงานส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรมนักเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของข้าราชการครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา โดยรวมมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติอยู่ในระดับมาก เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายด้าน พบว่า ด้านการวางแผน และด้านการนิเทศติดตามผล อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ส่วนด้านอื่นๆ อยู่ในระดับมาก โดยด้านการจัดกิจกรรมนักเรียน มีค่าเฉลี่ยสูงสุด 2. การเปรียบเทียบสภาพการดำเนินงานส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรมนักเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของข้าราชการครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา จำแนกตามตำแหน่งหน้าที่ พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้านมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติ ไม่แตกต่างกัน 3. การเปรียบเทียบสภาพการดำเนินงานส่งเสริมคุณธรรม จริยธรรมนักเรียน ตามความคิดเห็นของข้าราชการครูและบุคลากรทางการศึกษา จำแนกตามขนาดของโรงเรียน พบว่า โดยรวมและรายด้านมีความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับการปฏิบัติ ไม่แตกต่างกัน
The purposes of this research were to study and compare the opinions of teachers and educational personnel towards the states of students moral and ethical promoting operation in schools, Koomuang district under Buriram Primary Educational Service Area Office 4, classified by status and school sizes. The 114 samples comprised 38 school administrators and 76 teachers, selected by using the table of Krejcie; & Morgan, and simple random sampling, respectively. The instrument used for collecting data was a questionnaire. Statistics used to analyze the collected data were frequency, percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. The hypotheses were tested through independent samples t-test, F test, and compared each pair by using Scheffe method with the statistical significant difference at .05 level. The findings were as follows 1. The states of students moral and ethical promoting operation as perceived by the teachers and educational personnel as a whole were at high level. Considering each aspect, it was found that the aspects of planning, and supervision and following-up were at moderate level while the rest aspects were at high level. The aspect of students activities was at the highest level. 2. The comparisons of states of students moral and ethical promoting operation as perceived by teachers and educational personnel in term of status both overall and each aspect were not significant different. 3. The comparisons of states of students moral and ethical promoting operation as perceived by teachers and educational personnel in term of school sizes both overall and each aspect were not significant different.
