การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อการศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองนักเรียน ที่มีต่อการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองร้อยเอ็ด จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองระดับชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1-3 จำนวน 274 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามแบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .99 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. ความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองนักเรียน ที่มีต่อการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองร้อยเอ็ด จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด โดยภาพรวม พบว่า ความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองนักเรียน ที่มีต่อการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียน ของโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองร้อยเอ็ด จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด มีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียน อยู่ในระดับมาก ทั้งภาพรวมและรายด้าน 2. ผู้ปกครองทุกอาชีพ รับจ้าง ค้าขาย รับราชการ และธุรกิจส่วนตัว มีความคิดเห็นต่อการบริหารงานกิจการนักเรียนของโรงเรียนสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองร้อยเอ็ด อยู่ในระดับมาก 3. ผู้ปกครองได้เสนอแนะแนวทางแก้ปัญหางานกิจการนักเรียนที่สำคัญ ได้แก่ โรงเรียนควรเคร่งครัดกับกฎระเบียบวินัยของนักเรียนให้มากขึ้น ควรมีบุคลากรดูแลนักเรียนอย่างเหมาะสมและเพียงพอ ควรเข้มงวดกับการป้องกันสารเสพติดในโรงเรียน ฯลฯ
This study aims to examine the parents' opinion on the administration of student's affairs of the subordinated schools under Roi-Et Municipality. Two-hundred and seventy-four parents of Grade 1-3 students are samples of this study. The instrument used to collect data is a 5-rating scale questionnaire with a reliability of 0.99. Statistics used in data analysis composed of frequency, percentage, mean, and Standard Deviation. The result of this study reveals as follows: 1. The parents' opinion to the administration of student's affairs of the subordinated schools under the Roi-Et Municipality is at high level in every aspect. 2. The students' parents who work as employee, seller, government officer, and own business have their opinion on the student affairs administration of the school at high level. 3. The students' parents suggested as follows: the school should control students to have discipline, should have enough personnel responsible for students, should prevent drugs in the schools, etc.
