การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีความมุ่งหมายเพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองต่อการดำเนินงานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองร้อยเอ็ด จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ ผู้ปกครองนักเรียน จำนวน 247 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถาม มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ .96 วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1. ผลการการดำเนินงานตามความคิดเห็นของผู้ปกครองของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองร้อยเอ็ด จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด โดยภาพรวม พบว่า การดำเนินงานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองร้อยเอ็ด อยู่ในระดับมาก 2. ข้อเสนอแนะของผู้ปกครองต่อการดำเนินงานของศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็กสังกัดเทศบาลเมืองร้อยเอ็ด จังหวัดร้อยเอ็ด ได้แก่ ควรให้คณะกรรมการบริหารศูนย์เด็กเล็กพัฒนาศูนย์อย่างต่อเนื่อง เข้ามีบทบาทในการร่วมบริหารจัดการศึกษา จัดสรรบุคลากรให้เพียงพอต่อจำนวนนักเรียน และส่งเสริมพัฒนาบุคลากรให้เพิ่มพูนความรู้ ความสามารถ อย่างสม่ำเสมอและต่อเนื่อง ควรปรับปรุงและจัดสภาพแวดล้อมภายในให้มีสภาพแวดล้อมที่มีลักษณะเหมือนอยู่บ้าน มีระบบการดูแลรักษาความปลอดภัย ควรพัฒนาครูผู้ดูแลเด็กให้มีความรู้ความสามารถด้านวิชาการและกิจกรรมหลักสูตร สามารถจัดการเรียนการสอนได้ เนื้อหาที่จัดในการดูแลเด็กมีการปรับปรุงตามวัยของเด็ก ควรจัดโครงการสร้างสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างโรงเรียนกับชุมชน เพื่อให้ชุมชนและโรงเรียนมีการสนับสนุนช่วยเหลือซึ่งกันและกัน
This research aimed to study opinions of the guardian on the operation of Child Development Center under Roi-Et Municipality, Roi-Et Province. Population used in the research were 247 students’ guardians. Tool used to collect data was a questionnaire which had a reliability of 0.96. Data were analyzed by using the computer program. The statistics used in data analysis were frequency, percentage, average, and Standard Deviation. The results showed that: 1. The students’ guardians of Child Development Center under Roi-Et Municipality, Roi-Et Province had their opinions on the performance of Child Development Center under Roi-Et Municipality, Roi-Et Province at a “high” level. 2. Suggestions are that: the center should let the executive board to continue development the center, have a role in co-management education, allocate personnel deemed adequate by number of students and promote personnel development to increase knowledge, the ability with consistently and continuously, should improve and make the environment inside like at home, has care systems and security, should develop the teacher whom caregivers children have knowledge in academic and activity courses, can manage the teaching, the contents provided in child care has improved by age of the child, should has the project to make the good relationship between school and community to support and give help to each other.
